Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Carole3 contributionsWally from the glass bottom boat made our snorkeling experience the best one we have had. He was amazing and really enjoyed showing us around and sharing all he knew about the island.Written 9 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jane LNewbury, UK42 contributionsInformative chat about chocolate production. Then, the best ice cream we've ever had. So now we skip lunch and keep coming back here for ice cream instead! 6/10/15 ECD for 1/2/3 scoops. - DrofnREngland, UK93 contributionsAbsolutely delighted place to see.
The mesmerizing cascade captivated us, and the bar overlooking the waterfall provided the perfect vantage point. Sipping on drinks while waiting for the rain to subside added a touch of serenity to our visit.
A must-visit spot for nature lovers!Written 15 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I didn’t eat here, but they had lots of customers.Written 13 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GypsyB1Unionville, IN11 contributionsGreat way to get see the rest of the island…starting north from St George.
The chocolate and rum factories were great to tour and the lunch stop was very scenic looking down the mountainside. Tuna with creole sauce was very good. Highly recommend this
Day tour.Written 31 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. This is an awesome experience. Margaret was there to greet us upon arrival, and the half day sail was with Mina and Dennis, both of whom were engaging, informative and highly professional. Mina expertly guided us around the underwater sculpture garden, swimming alongside us and explaining the history and significance of each site.
We enjoyed cold beers and delicious snacks.
This was a beautiful day out and I highly recommend Margaret and her team for anyone looking for a fantastic sail with family and friends.Written 7 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We felt like we got a unique Grenada experience. We saw beautiful sights and were made to feel comfortable and safe. - Andrew D1 contributionWe did the hungry birder trip (i.e. trip with lunch) march 2024. Group of 4 with our guide, Shawn. Good trip. Excellent 'sit on' kayaks which were very stable, even in the windy conditions we had. The route was interesting, we learnt loads about mangroves and the local ecology. Good individual lunches provided fresh by a local hotel, eaten on a beach. Very much enjoyed it. Trip length 3.5 hours aprox.Written 18 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- pdwCat Island24 contributionsOur group of five did a wonderful waterfall and interior tour with Sheldon. His patience, knowledge and courteousness was first class. He has a passion for Grenada, it's beautiful countryside and wildlife and most of all its people. He has tremendous knowledge of the flora and fauna of the island, I would recommend taking a tour with him anytime.Written 14 December 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Keith S2 contributionsMandoo is great! We took a half-day private tour around the island. We learned so much about Grenada and had a great time. The chocolate factory was a highlight, and the rain forest. Annandale waterfall was touristy, disappointing. But the ride was very worthwhile, friendly and informative.Written 29 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - WZFriske3 contributionsWe did two hikes with Vaughn during our trip and it was fantastic. Honeymoon Falls/Seven Sisters hike and Upper Concord hikes. Vaughn is very knowledgeable and patient if you are not an experienced hiker. He had us laughing in between showing us things about the island that most people don't get to see. And even though we did not book a birding tour, his knowledge and willingness to share about what we did see had my husband taking pictures of birds around our resort just so we could ask.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Trip8153194 contributionsWe are visiting Grenada for the second time and this is the second time we have used Allen for a full day tour. It was wonderful to visit with him while we toured the island. We met locals during the day and had time to visit with them. Grenadians are some of the nicest and most genuine people you will ever meet. It was like meeting old friends again. We highly recommend AJ Meddy Taxi and Tours when you come to Grenada.Written 26 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 757TravelersNorfolk, VA1 contributionNezra provided a good look into truly local Grenadian food. Not a tour of tourist or high-end restaurants, we visited a variety of local places. She also included a visit to Fort George and a wonderful discussion of Grenadian history.Written 16 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Joy V1 contributionWhat an absolute pleasure. The Captain and crew were extremely attentive, professional and well organised. We did the 6 hour charter and started off with snorkeling at the underwater sculpture park, followed by a perfect sail to Hog Island, where we were treated to a feast of lobster and Champagne, it was just marvelous! The best charter company Grenada has to offer.Written 18 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
