Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Big, ornate and kinda over the top for such a smallish city. Iconic and historical gothic style of architecture. I like checking out various temples, chapels, and synagogues…not to find fault with decor or style but to celebrate the faiths they reflect. Yeah, this is worth a visit.Written 31 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - roaming_kiwi58Christchurch, New Zealand2,827 contributionsGreat place for a walk. Pleasant boardwalk around the foreshore. Charlottetown is lovely and as well as the park there are interesting historical buildings to investigate. - Ben BCalgary, Canada14,382 contributionsWhile not completely continuous, there are lots of nice bits along Charlottetown's harbour, including this spot. There's good seating and nice views. Charlottetown is genteel place, and this landmark reminds one that remote places had to be on guard and ready to defend themselves.Written 24 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - emilie728Fort McMurray, Canada120 contributionsStopped by on a rainy day while visiting Charlottetown with my 4 and 5 year old. The space is smaller than some indoor playgrounds I have been to, but they do have a lot of stuff packed in. My kids really enjoyed the bounce castle and slide, and enjoyed spending time up in the larger play structure. There was a small area on the ground floor for toddlers, however it was in the walking path of the larger structures so as such there wasn't a lot of separation between little kids and the bigger ones. If I had younger toddlers I might be concerned about this. The cafe has some seating and a small menu. Unlike some other places, the admission is good for the whole day, not just a few hours, A good way to kill a few hours.Written 12 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Nils has an almost encyclopedic level of PEI history/knowledge & a great sense of humor so it was such an enjoyable experience to follow him around the town.
