Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Escape Games
What travellers are saying
- PatrikMontreal, Canada75 contributionsI lived in Chicoutimi for 2 years relatively close to the park. Park de la Riviere du Moulin was my "sanctuary" in town. The place to go and escape the troubles of daily life. It's a relatively long (~5-6 km) North-South stretch of park offering multiple walking trails with some elevation. You can even spot some wildlife like a weasel, white tail deer, or the occasional aggravated partridge escorting you out of the park and probably away from her young. During the winter, the southern half of the park is mostly used for cross-country skiing and ice skating and hokey rings are set up by the parking lot at the south-west main the entrance.Written 30 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - IAlToronto, Canada231 contributionsGreat place for the kids because there’s a large splash pad, modern and large playground (wood chips on the ground), a whale-design fountain and a burger/ice cream place. After all these fun activities are done, take a stroll along the boardwalk thats facing the mountains and the Lake Saguenay.
Be aware though that while this is a walking distance from the downtown strip of Chicoutumi, you do need to cross some busy main streets and isolated parking lots, to get into the old port area where Zone Portuaire is located.Written 19 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The remaining exterior buildings are quite interesting.
Museum itself is just OK but has a decent story.
Well worth a visit.Written 24 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
