- Lyle JAnkeny, IA11 contributionsWe visited in December so the road was closed. It was a 3 mile round trip from where we parked to the bridge. Beautiful canyon , with awesome water relections. Good area to hike wherever you want.Written 20 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- IngleVancouver, Canada990 contributionsThis museum is beautifully organized and curated, and exceeded expectations in every way. I especially enjoyed all of the gold rush information and exhibits, as well as the animals of Yukon exhibit. The Indigenous information was also beautifully presented with hundreds of interesting photos and artifacts. We intended to spend an hour, and spent almost 3.Written 7 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BarheatHamilton, Canada1,755 contributionsThe Emerald Lake represents the furthest travel into the Yukon for cruise ship passengers touring from Skagway. It is also one of the highlights of the tour. The vivid colour of the water is caused by marl, fine particle clays and silt, that reflects the green colour of the spectrum. We visited in May and were able to take photos of snow covered mountains in the background.Written 15 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lyle JAnkeny, IA11 contributionsThe staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The museum is bigger than you think. The skull display is amazing. - will5822017Calgary, Canada214 contributionsThis museum has a lot of interesting displays including a G sized model train if the White Pass railway in Whitehorse (which btw the real one should come all the way to Whitehorse again like it used to). The displays are in really good shape and cover all modes of transport. It also gives a sense of how transportation was used and adapted to the north country. We would go again if given the chance.Written 4 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Patricia BSt. Albert, Canada697 contributionsI have been drinking craft brews more ever since I first tried the Yukon Brewing Co.’s at a chocolate tasting/pairing event.
They offer tours so if you are interested in the process be sure to call ahead. The fall tour schedule is different than the summer so be sure to know when it is happening if you are staying around Whitehorse for a while.
It is fantastic to come and see the location that brews it all.Written 12 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Freya RJuneau, AK12 contributionsI can't speak higher of the Yukon Suspension Bridge and their crew. The venue has the most spectacular views within hundreds of miles and the bartenders, chefs and staff are all so positive and incredibly kind and accommodating. I got married at this venue and it was the best choice we could have made. Victoria and Russel put all the small touches into making the day special. Plus the weather is always better in the Yukon!!Written 29 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- VillagerRickThe Villages, FL1,010 contributionsThe longest wooden fish ladder is impressive, even though this time of the year there are no fish. Still worth a visit if you are close, certainly will be more interesting next month.Written 25 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
