Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went on a saturaday thought it would be busier but not too bad. This place was great for our 5 yr and 10 yr old . It's not a big park we spend about 4 hours . Our kids had fun since half of the park is a playground I think this is more for younger kids . Do get on the train to view the animals that are further out . We did bring our lunch to save money .place was clean.

Dr. Buerklin-Wolf winery produces excellent Riesling wines in the Pfalz region. I was visiting with a group of friends in November and we were very well received, we took a tour of the winery and tasted some of the wines. They also have a wine shop. This is a must see program and a place to visit for wine lovers.

Enjoyed the 10 minute hike (we went the long way through town) to this castle + biergarten.

The view from the cafe is worth the hike. The sausages and beer are standard (nothing special nothing bad) and hit the spot after a morning of biking around wine country.

The cafe ordering and food pickup space is small and during lunch it was very busy with a line out the door. We got a few stink eyes from the locals for not being on our best orderly behavior. A bit of German helped break he ice (use whatever phrases you have). Also be advised, the buzzer for our food order had a somewhat short range (didn’t reach around to the side picnic tables) so hover in range while you wait for your order.

Take a moment to climb the tower after lunch for an even more remarkable view of the valley.

Remarkable castle ruins with restaurant incl. big terrasse. Great view over the upper rhine valley. You can climb up the stairs to the top of the old main tower.
