Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Having had the opportunity to visit two of the most famous and wonderful islands in the Venetian lagoon was truly a unique experience! Our guide Matteo was very knowledgeable and very nice during the whole trip.

The show offered by the master glassmakers of Murano was something absolutely exceptional!

I would highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Really worthwhile trip with a visit to a glass factory but there are lots of shops selling the glass and beautiful lace products on Burano. They are both very picturesque but I would have at least a couple of hours on both islands.

Trip was excellent but the organisation of the boat wasn't the best. The guide was difficult to understand in english and french (our languages). Beautiful towns.

We arrived on time to the meeting point, and when it was time to walk to the boat the guide basically took off running - she was going so fast that we couldn’t see her at one point and didn’t know where she had turned. The boat ride was fine - but either the speaker is broken or she talks too close to it, we couldn’t understand anything she was saying. Murano is quite boring, nothing but ice cream and glass shops. Burano is very pretty with a variety of shops and restaurants. For the price it was worth it. You can also visit these two islands with the public water taxi.

Pretty unorganized crew but they were respectful. Boat driver could not park the boat and cut into a large chunk of our visiting time on Burano which was very disappointing. On that note there also was not enough time built in on the actual islands. Would have preferred no demonstration if that’s what it takes to have more time to visit

A lovely way to spend an afternoon in Venice by the 3 island tour. We started at the island of Murano - famous for its glassware. Spent 5 minutes watching a glass blower, then we were ushered through to the shop where I guess the expectation is you buy some of the gaudy glassware. We stopped to grab a drink before back on the boat to visit Torcello - for us, the stand out of the 3. We walked along a canal to passing a couple of lovely restaurants to see some historical ruins/old buildings. Would have loved to have tried one of the restaurants. Then off to Burano - famous for its coloured buildings and lace. We were free to walk around and enjoys the buildings, canals and shops - then back on the boat to return to Venice

Not a real tour! Rang all the numbers and no one would help me. Ended up being put on a 3 hour tour rather than a 7 hour because nobody knew this tour, there was also 100 people on the boat rather than the Max of 15.

Excellent presentation of authentic glass making in Murano by a professional glass blower. Beautiful town and history as well as lace making in Burano. A favorite with my teenage children!

Great day out. Really interesting boat ride with commentary from our guide .
Burano was amazing. We walked all around and saw the lace making.
The visit to Murano and the glass making was brilliant . It really was fantastic to see the glass making. We didn’t really have enough time to get some lunch although we probably spent too long in the linen/lace shop.
The only disappointment was the wine tasting at Venissa. Although an interesting visit the tour description clearly states 2 glasses of wine with snacks. It was actually a very small glass and no snacks . The wine was excellent though. When I challenged our guide she stated ‘no only one!). I think this isn’t right as clearly we should have had 2 glasses and this trip was not exactly cheap at well over £100 pp.
Apart from this the tour was very good.

Murano Glass. Works or art. La fornosotta showroom in Venice offers Gabriele Urban’s work in a petit shop in a cute plaza. You can find beautiful vases, glasses, christmas balls deciration, lamps, bowls, etc. The address is Sestier Santa Croce 982

Views were very nice to capture during this boat tour although it was hard to hear the guide talking during the tour from the speakers. We were seated outside on the boat. There is an option to sit inside as well.

Company is Very Viva Venice - very professional and pleasant staff, taking us to all the places mentioned with sufficient time to see everything. Only recommendation is stick close to your group because some including myself ended up getting lost, missed the boat in Torcello, had to take local ferry for an additional 3 hours.
