Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have just purchased my first Phillip Biessill painting from The Acorn Gallery.

You are guaranteed to receive excellent and efficient service. The painting was carefully packaged and delivered to my home at the appointed time. I thoroughly recommend this art gallery.

Great people who operate a very professional business. You will not be disappointed!

The expansion into the Barn at the back of the Shop allows for big furniture items to be displayed. The small Courtyard has a good range of Garden products - I bought an large, old Stone Swan for just £5, whilst the Shop offers a diverse range of domestic furniture, paintings, rugs and ceramic collectables.

We gave the pub a try as we were staying nearby and wanted to watch the Six Nations which was showing on a big screen in the pub. Great atmosphere, friendly. Mixed ages. Good vibe.

Walked around the walled garden and the surrounding grounds this afternoon. The whole place was filled with peace. Loved all the old Oak Trees and the small church in the grounds. Going to come back to go to the cafe soon

I have been here a couple of times now and the staff are always friendly and helpful, particularly Sue, the owner. The horses are wonderful, well trained and steady. Some great riding in nice scenery and lovely canters.
