Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great shop and cafe with delicious food - but not very practicality organised. Poor organisation of space meant some areas where people were queuing and staff exiting were congested. We bought a number of items but the serving person had to enter the product code for each item which took ages. But otherwise a lovely place.

I joined Pyecombe over a year ago because they had some fantastic holes
the last three holes was a real disappointment. They classed it as a James braid course what they don’t inform you there’s so many changes made. It’s not a James braid course. I only spoke to the general manager once on the course and he’s in the wrong job. He has no customer relations skills at all. it’s an okay course for a green fee, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a member. There is much better courses about like Worthing

Being on a weekend away and the weather being superb, we wanted to arrange a hack on the downs.

My partner who is a excellent rider and myself who is a complete novice when it comes to horses!

The farm seems very busy and plenty of horses and things going on but the Sue and the staff was very friendly and took onboard the inexperience of myself.

The pairing of the horses was excellent and very suited, my horse was very calm and I felt completely safe even though the horse was huge 😀

The 2 hour hack was truly breathtaking, the views was excellent, time went very quickly and did not feel like two hours had passed.

Overall, the riding experience was excellent and I would recommend the riding school.
