Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Sue Towner7 contributionsThis farmers' market is great to visit with such a variety of food and drinks plus plants and flowers. All the stall holders are so friendly and cheerful, whatever the weather. We can't resist the lobsters and the wonderful cheese stall and the gluten-free sausage rollsWritten 17 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RogerBHeaton, UK3 contributionsThe place is a refurbishment by Kingston Council of a run down piece of brownscape and is today a lovely place to visit. It is well laid out, has lots of seating, flowers, greenery and is an excellent place to take children. There is a cafe on the corner of the garden.

Its a nice quiet little place which is slightly hidden through the back of berrylands. I quite like that as I get a nice quiet walk when I visit :-) I am surprised its not visited by more local people to be honest.Written 29 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LeanneM170 contributionsWe visited one Tuesday evening to see the panto. It was great fun! They have a great little bar, friendly staff and a great range of shows at good prices! Can't wait to visit again soon 😁😁Written 14 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- FunkyWildcatUnited Kingdom436 contributionsFishponds Park continues to be an amazing local green space to be able to visit and relax in. Every time I visit, whether alone or with friends or family, I realise how lucky we are to have this council owned space with a wonderful community group committed to improving it. The work volunteers have done is brilliant and my family is excited to see how it will improve. Keep up the great work!Written 28 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- PUMBRIDGELondon, UK2,360 contributionsIf you just need a mental re-set, a bit of quiet time, a bonding with nature... this unexplored little park on the doorstep of Surbiton town centre is the place.
Peaceful, with a wonderful earthy smell all around, it's a sanctuary in every sense - a little haven of nature in our concrete jungle.
Well worth a visit.Written 21 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It is quite a contrast to the very modern-looking Waitrose supermarket next to it !Written 24 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - PUMBRIDGELondon, UK2,360 contributionsChrist Church has been gutted (as of winter 2018/19) as a major refurbishment gets underway, to undo all the 1970s changes and turn it into a more adaptable space.
It's going to be impressive when it's finished; more than £1m is being spent.
Floors are being evened up for step-free, wheelchair-friendly access, with lift access to upper areas.Written 22 March 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Shutupmeg43 contributionsOn of the best massages I've ever had. I have a lot of muscle tension and need firm massages but its actually quite difficult to find someone who strikes the right balance of a really firm massage without being too painful. I had Morgana and she was fantastic. I absolutely recommend her if you need a deep tissue massage.
Its not the cheapest massage in the area but, having been to the majority of the other places, you definitely get what you pay for.
Massage Harmony has clean, warm, relaxing treatment rooms with large massage beds and the therapist doesn't run out of the room to answer the phone/door like I've experienced in other places.
