We found great results, but some are outside Pyrenees-Orientales. Showing results in neighbouring cities.
Limit search to Pyrenees-Orientales.
#1 of 24 things to do in Port-Vendres
The facilities were extraordinarily clean and everyone on the beach seemed to be having a good, old-fashioned day of family fun.
Once away from the car park it is very child friendly .
Promenade du Front de Mer Argeles-sur-Mer
#3 of 52 things to do in Argeles-sur-Mer
it was the bank holiday weekend and the start of the season but it was buzzing, lots for children and adults to do and a great selection of shops and restaurants
Lots of 'groups' walking - families with young children, teens, some people in wheelchairs and bike riders.
Grotte des Canalettes Villefranche-de-Conflent
#2 of 10 things to do in Villefranche-de-Conflent
Children would love exploring, and it's perfectly safe.
We took our two young children to this cave and were really impressed with both the scale and beauty of the caves.

Good for small kids, older ones, parents and grandparents alike.
It is a large site, where children will be able to run around, and there is a small public beach in a bay to one side of the site.

A perfect activity as I wanted to go hiking or trekking and exploring and the teens/kid weren't too keen.
Ideally you want your children to be capable of walking a reasonable distance including a few uphill sections (unless they are in a pushchair / rucksack) All in all a good day out.

Orgues d'Ille Sur Tet Ille-sur-Tet
#1 of 7 things to do in Ille-sur-Tet
Kids under 10 are free, otherwise it's 5 Euro's, worth the small fee in all honesty, especially if you take the time to relax and enjoy a picnic amongst these amazing rock formations.
We took our family many times to visit the Orgues, fascinating to think that they have been standing for hundreds of years, all ages of the family loved the visit.

Gorges de la Fou Arles-sur-Tech

Our children can recommend the chocolate crepes as a post-walk treat!
This is a great place for families looking for something different from sitting on the beach and is really safe and easy to walk due to the metal walkways.

Pyrenée 2000 just by has an excellent do on the 25th early evening, Santa, a present for every child (a nice ceramic moneybox) and very good firework display.
Make sure to take a new flyer of the activities of the week and to register the kids right away if there are free occupations like poterie or wooden games.
Fort Saint-Elme Collioure

The staff here are really helpful and very friendly our child loved dressing up as a knight top little trip from Collioure.
Smaller kids are given knights costumes to wear during their visit with swords and shields--they had a blast!
