Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

When visiting London, we always look for day trips. On this visit, we went to Bletchley Park. It was very easy to get to via train (Euston Station) and took less than an hour. From the train station it was a 10 minute walk to the grounds. We spent a good part of the day there. The exhibits regarding it's history of code breaking are impressive. There is a short overview video when you enter to give some background information. One of the highlights was a 13 minute film that focused on D-Day. We took a free 1 hour tour that gave us some insight that we wouldn't have gotten had we just wandered around. The tour guide was excellent. He provided a plethora of information as well answering questions from the group. On weekends, Bletchley offers afternoon tea. We are so glad that we booked this. It is held in the dining room of the beautiful mansion. Decor and period music reflected the 1940's era. The food was plentiful and excellent. The staff were very friendly.

Our visit to the National Museum of Computing was specifically to attend the Bombe and Colossus demonstrations. Two of my party of four had not been for a number of years and being mathematicians and engineers had a particular interest. Both demonstrations were excellent; the Colossus demonstrators remaining beyond closing time to continue answering questions. The Bombe demo was amazing. I have heard several Bombe demos although not for a couple of years at least. This recent demo was given by Frank Falcon and was probably the best Bombe demo I have ever attended. It was detailed and very clear and could be understood by, and satisfy, anyone of whatever level of prior knowledge. Everyone in my group was of the same opinion. Many congratulations to Frank.

Visiting today and the gentleman at the Radio station were fantastic. Their passion shines through and motivated my 16 year old son and 14 year old daughter. They were able to join in all the activities and have come away with lots of information. Thank you for catching their interest and attention not easy thing to do.

We had a great day out, first we did the Escape room (seperate review) and then Karting.
None of us had ever done any Karting and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived.
Our hosts Kourcnee and Abbie.S we fantastic as were the lads in the pits, taking the time with my son to get to grips with the Kart (so much so he ended up with our groups fastest lap).
I was concerned when booking that it might be full of seasoned drivers in their own gear who would look down on us newbies but nothing could be further from the truth.
Exceptional facilities and truly amazing customer service.
I rarely take the time to review but this place deserves it.
    We will be going back

Brilliantly conceived puzzles that were just enough of a challenge. Our host Stu was fab. There was never fear of getting locked in, no jump scares or scary surprises, and you could get help if you needed it. It had a great story line to immerse yourself in the situation. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely do another…

I joined recently, and my experience has not been particularly good. They have an app to book sessions, and everything needs to be booked. I was unable to access the swimming area, as the QR code I was given did not work on my not old phone. Because I was let in by reception, twice, I got banned from booking anything for 2 days. Basically, they ban you for everything from their app. I could finally access by printing the code out, at my own time and expense. I was banned again when the class I wanted to attend was canceled a few hours before it was due to start, I had swimming booked for 30 minutes before the class and cancelled it as I don't live that close to the centre. I was given a warning for cancelling without giving 24 hours notice. The swimming session wasn't even full. As I say, they seem to want to ban and warn you over everything. In regards to the centre, it is showing its age, the staff are friendly enough and I have seen them cleaning the swimming areas regularly. The classes I have attended were good and the swimming pool was clean and warm. I have not ventured into other parts of the centre so cannot comment on that. I think this is a typical case of pretending to be a public leisure centre, when it is actually run by a faceless corporate who want to make us all feel like we are doing something wrong, and will grab as much money from you as possible. I am now considering moving to another gym, which is not much more per month than this one.

Not what it says on the tin. It’s more a club for young people. However, as a straight, older couple who used to enjoy clubbing, we unexpectedly found ourselves going to Pink Punters. Didn’t seem like a 🏳️‍🌈 club, more a general night club. We had a great night. Reasonably priced drinks.
Served quickly at bar, able to move around easily, made to feel really comfortable by security, especially Danny- thank you. Danced till dawn with the youngers. Really enjoyed ourselves

I had an excellent experience at Sukhothai. I really enjoyed the whole experience, from the friendly welcome to the bottle of water afterwards. The massage itself was very good and my therapists communication was good throughout. I will most definitely visit here again.
