Tripadvisorā€™s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My wife and I spent the past week exploring the UK. As Methodist clergy, I wanted to stay a night in Epworth to see the birthplace of John and Charles Wesley. Epworth was well worth the trip, particularly the old rectory! We only had 6 hours in town, and we walked to the Old Rectory. We were there after visiting hours and bumped into the gardener, Shirley. She could not have been more kind and gave us almost an hour to show us around. It was a real treat to spend time exploring the grounds and to get insights from a lovely person who has worked there for the last 13 years. If you are Methodist, you must make the pilgrimage to Epworth!

Access to this library is difficult in that it is up two flights of stairs and there is limited opening.
BUT if you are looking for local information especially and friendly informed help as to what to look for and where then this is the place. Voluntary concern run by committed volunteers- thank you for your help.
