Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The antiquities of the world are represented here.
Impressively long queue to get in but thankfully fast moving.
Just too much to take in. I’d recommend making a short list of what departments you want to see or you’ll end up seeing nothing in an effort to see it all.
The Rosetta Stone is the most viewed exhibit so that’s must.
    Staff were helpful.l

My adult son and I popped in because we were in the area - free to enter and no tickets or pre-booking needed. Neither of us are particularly into art but we both really enjoyed the visit. There is a lot to see and you can just wander about. The cafe looked reasonably priced - we checked for a future visit and the shop was also interesting. We ran out of time but will be returning.

It's a pretty good museum. If you like dinosaurs and birds... So many birds. Anyways really interesting and cool, would defo recommend. Even if you don't like the science stuff, the building is super pretty.

We visited on a Wednesday afternoon in February.
The staff were welcoming & we enjoyed the tour with our headsets. It was lovely to be transported to a bygone age. We loved seeing the detail of the ships& it was even sunny for us which is unusual in Scotland.
We totally recommend a visit , it’s an amazing experience!

One of the most amazing historical sites we've ever seen. The museum is extensive and well designed. The audio guide is informative and the archeological finds in display are remarkable. This site has been important to people since before the Roman's, as indicated by thousands of years of coins tossed into the hot waters. The mineral water is invigorating to drink as well. This is a must visit location in Bath.

Really fantastic place in the heart of the city centre. Perfect place to keep all the family entertained. Only downside was the extortionate price. We paid £77 for 4 of us (with my under 5 being free). I'd say you'd spend a max of 2hrs in there (we spent an hour and a half and didn't rush). Luckily my in laws offered to pay for us otherwise we wouldn't have been able to afford to go. I totally understand a city centre attraction costing more, but the prices here are so steep. The kids really enjoyed it, and I'm appreciative of the fact they were able to go.

What a fantastic museum and best of all it’s FREE (donations welcome) entrance, there’s loads to see and do and really interactive. You need at least 3-4 hours just get round it’s all. Well worth a visit

Since I’ve always been interested in Titanic (and in love with Cameron’s film) I was really excited about visiting the Titanic Belfast Museum and I was certainly not disappointed. Watching the exhibition was very emotional and reflective. The museum itself is modern and really beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful. The museum has a souvenir shop and a restaurant in which I enjoyed delicious fish and chips. 5/5 experience!

Breathtaking, wonderful exhibits, a must of a visit. The cafe is surprisingly good priced and very nice. The only downer was the sour face serving at the cafe at the entrance. Needs to try and smile. And the young school groups, they are mostly not interested and they are screaming and having a free for all running daft.

We visited on a very busy day in October half term where there were lots of families and tourists enjoying the displays. I confess to not being a railway enthusiast but I imagine if you are then this place is the holy grail. Entry is free and you get an awful lot for that with many locos on display in the main hall as well as huge amounts to see in the open storage areas. There is also an extensive shop which stocked everything you could possibly think of to do with the railways.

We took our grandchildren here as a Christmas treat and they thoroughly enjoyed it. They loved being photographed with some of their favourite characters, especially in the Marvel and Star Wats zones. At the beginning of the walk through we found it difficult because the displays didn’t seem to have names and we aren’t into ‘celebrity’ but as you walk through there are clear plaques and information boards. We avoided the horror section as two of our group were quite young but they did enjoy the black cab ride through history. Overall, it’s great attraction for kids.

Great place to visit, children would love it too. Amazing displays and I really liked walking around the site, has a good atmosphere.
Don't be put off by the admission price, it is well worth the money. Lots of things to do and interact with.
