Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I wish we could have gone again. This is one of the places that if I/we ever return to London, I/we will be back again. You can do almost all of your shopping here at cheaper prices and the variety is a lot. It is a very very busy neighborhood but fun at the same time. So much to see and do and shop.

Now let's talk about food. The variety is uncountable. What can you not find. I would come back just for the food. LOVED IT

The Borough Market is a prepared food and ingredients market located in the heart of London. It’s often quite chaotic and crowded, but its vendors offer dishes and groceries from countless cuisines. If you are set on a particular dish from a particular vendor, be prepared to wait in line for it; if you are in a rush, you probably won’t be able to get it. The ingredient vendors seem to have shorter lines, which isn’t too surprising. Definitely worth it if you’re in the area and have time or want something relatively quick.

This is a great neighborhood / piaaza. Royal Opera House is close. Don't miss the floral street. Enjoy the stores, plenty of places to eat. Make sure to navigate to Seven Dials - very cool - 7 streets merge into one round about. Go to the 7 dials market also.
Take time to explore the entire neighborhood. Don't miss Neals Yard - very small and great place for pictures.

Distinctively having shops and outlets on both sides and for the full extent of its crossing, it is a treasure from Georgian times.

Opened in 1770 it is highly popular with locals and visitors.

A few minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station. Nice and clean and a good vibe. Plenty of stalls and places to eat. Food options very impressive. I had Jerk Chicken with rice n peas from Cafe Caribbean which was very good.

LAURA LEES MORGAN IS AN ABSOLUTE BABE!

My girlfriend and I were simply just strolling around Greenwich Market when the first thing we noticed was a big sign saying PERMANENT JEWELLERY!! Instantly I pulled my girlfriend over towards the stall where we truly believe we’ve met a friend for life! (We’ve asked Laura to create our very own custom engagement and wedding rings).
We were greeted by Laura, who was smiley and accommodating straight away. We couldn’t believe how reasonable the prices were. It almost felt ‘too good to be true’.
The service was absolutely incredible! Laura made both my partner and myself so comfortable and at ease, answering any questions we both had with a kind, bubbly and chatty manor.
Although the experience of getting our permanent jewellery was amazing, conversing with Laura was our favourite part of the whole experience.
My girlfriend and I have made a pact that we are going to go back every anniversary we have to add a charm to our bracelet.
    WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!

Thank you so so so much Laura!!!!

A covered square, very beautiful, decorated in cheerful colors. Not very big, but you can find here some pubs, restaurants and various other shops. Very crowded, especially in the evening.

I dare you to come here not liking flowers and leave buying none! A great little street in the heart of east London well known to locals and those who have been coming here for years. Tourists yes. Especially if you want to see the hustle and bustle of a classic London market specialising in flowers. Lots of little coffee shops and various random shops (all independent) along the road as well. 1/2 hours is plenty.

A very cool vibrant international street food market with some nice design shops, organic supermarket and a florist tucked away for good measure. A go to location when we're hungover and need food, a great option to drag friends to if nobody can decide on what to eat. Just don't expect to find seating if it's peak time

Heard about this market and glad we paid a visit, it's very impressive with lots of interesting stalls and goodies to look at
There is something there for all ages and stalls that have retro items were a joy to browse through. The sellers are friendly and helpful, a great atmosphere. We asked about how to get a stall set up and were told to contact a number and they will help us set one up.
People say parking is an issue but we had no problem finding a spot across the road from the station.
Looking forward to joining the market team, it's a great day out.

Overall this experience was very lovely which is why I’ve given this 4/5. But..

My main critic would be that this was soooooo rushed. So much so that one family requested to have their food wrapped and taken home because we were not given enough time to eat.

We were advised to arrive ten minutes early at 8.50. At 9 we had an elf come to the shutters of a closed store telling us they didn’t know how to open up. We were seated at 9.10 in Fumo (which was decorated festively). So far ten minutes lost and 20 minutes of unnecessary standing around waiting. We were offered basic tea or coffee which was served cold. I requested another and was given tea instead of coffee. The server ran off so fast I couldn’t alert them. Once I got someone to come over they tipped the tea over the table and (without mopping it up) put a fresh cup down of yet again cold coffee. This is 3 times! This is supposed to be a high end place and a server can’t clean up spills or even achieve HOT coffee. Gregg’s can manage this! We then had to eat 3 courses and finish drinks within 45 mins whilst also having entertainment interruptions. So we got first course at 9.15. Third course served at 9.50. Within ten minutes we were asked to go downstairs for Santa’s story. Food was left uneaten no coffee was had (no apple juice was seen either just orange as suggested on the menu).
The entertainment was lovely overall but given the time frame it placed a lot of limitations on everything.
I didn’t want to complain or we would have missed out on things and I didn’t want to spoil the experience for our daughter but for paying over £100 for this there is definitely room for improvements.

Well worth a walk round, plenty of food vendors products looked really nice but every thing was a bit pricey. Everything a market should have fruit and veg, books, clothing, craft stalls, sweets and typically Cambridge, cycle repairs.
Only negative is the square seems to be surrounded by Big Issue sellers.

No longer in its pomp but still an excellent food market. Particularly like the fish stalls and think the street food area is a great addition.
