Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

While staying at nearby Leonardo hotel, I wandered over to look for souvenirs. This was my first shopping experience in England and it was great. There were brands I never heard of and a book shop that I spent a lot of money in. This is a good spot to get your steps in even if you aren't shopping for anything specific. Many restaurants and Krispy Kreme donuts!

We visited on Monday just as the Shopping Centre opened, after facing the car park, which was awful with tight turns and small spaces, we made our way to the shops. There are decent shops to choose from and most of them were open and trading, unlike other shopping centres when they’re closed and bordered up. The shopping centre is spread over three floors with escalators between each floor and toilets on every level.
Regarding the toilets they were disgusting, bearing in mind the centre had just opened I thought they would’ve been cleaned. No toilet roll available, no soap in the dispenser and the stench of urine was unbearable.
They have a Food Court on the middle floor, with options ranging from Subway and Burger King. As well as a few café’s serving hot drinks and cakes, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with leftover food from the day before and greasy fingerprints on the glass and dirty tables, it was very off putting.
It's bang in the centre, so really good location and there’s plenty of our shops and eateries around, if you wanted to explore outside the shopping centre.
Overall, the cleanliness was a massive downfall for me but the choice of shops was good and it’s perfect if you’re on a budget.

Broadmead seems to be the area in between the two shopping malls and is easily walked around. It seems to house those shops who can't afford the rent of the malls. Didn't actually happen across anything worth spending money in to be honest.
