Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Arrived for my 8am spin class. Did not start, emailed and called the telephone number - answerphone. No staff on site to support. Decided to stay and booked for the 9am RPM class and same didnt start! Customer service piss poor! Staff on site after 9.15 could only appoligise said she would report to manager. Do they even work weekends? This experience is on the back of often having to report broken equipment. And a new increase in membership fees!
Customer service should be paramount 🤷‍♀️

Came here with my 3 daughters for a spa day. Lovely friendly staff, treatments good. Relaxation area nice & cosy. Complimentary tea throughout the day.

Had to go to the main hotel for our lunch. This was lovely, again staff very friendly & helpful.

Pool area really lets this down as a spa. Wasn’t very warm, very slippery around the edges, only 2 beds around the pool area. Changing rooms non existent plus on our way back to the spa we had to walk across the car park in our robes. Lack of hot tub & sauna disappointing. Would have given a higher rating if there were better ‘spa’ facilities.

Never in my life have I met such rude staff. I signed up to the 7 day free trial here and I have been met with nothing but hostility. On the first day I signed up, I came just for a swim, and unfortunately left my guest pass in my locker. I came the next day and approached the same woman on the desk who had given me my pass. I told her I had unfortunately lost my pass and thought I would be to still enter (as they now have my name on their system.) I was not only denied entry (despite my friends being let in) but I was also spoken to in a very belittling way.

After asking, I was begrudgingly, and very rudely, told I could sit on the sofa to wait for my friends although I could not enter the facilities. This was despite the woman clearly recognising me from the day before.

If you care about customer service and being treated with even the smallest bit of respect, I would avoid going here at all costs.

Started swimming here regularly a couple of years ago, had a break for almost a year then recently decided to start again.

There's free parking. Receptionist are friendly. You book a session on the everyone active app which is quite easy to navigate. Swim membership is a lot cheaper/ better value for money if you intend on swimming more than a couple of sessions a week.

As an ex competitive swimmer I prefer to do lane sessions. There's five lanes (lane 1/2 is slow, 3/4 is slow-medium, 5/6 is medium fast and lanes 7 and 8 are fast. Lanes 7 and 8 are more narrow so I prefer to use lane 5/6 as the lane is wider and has space to overtake. Some swimmers use the wrong lane which can be frustrating. Occasionally the pool is too crowded.

Lockers are token operated, cost £1 and are a bit like Russian roulette-you don't know if your token is going to get stuck. Needs maintenance.

Changing cubicles use to have a foul smell but has improved. The showers' temperatures use to be cold but has got warmer and the cubicles could do with a deep clean.

Visited this Rehab & Heal Massage Bristol and honestly I can't recommend it enough. Monika has exceeded my expectations with her professionalism, knowledge and service. I suffer from pain in my wrist, shoulder and neck due to long hours working in front of a computer and she has helped me a lot with trigger point therapy and sports massage. She has also given to me a series of exercises to do while I am working in order to avoid pain in my forearm and wrist.
