We booked an executive taxi to take my dad and I to my wedding ceremony. We booked it well in advance and phoned to clarify week before.
The taxi did not show up and a friend had to be called to take us. On the way I got a call from relatives to say I would not be able to get married as I was so late. I have no photos of me leaving the house with my dad or arriving at the ceremony as I was crying so much. The kind registrar did a very quick ceremony and we were able to be married.

- Brennan G1 contributionAbsoluty brilliant service. We had to book at a few hours notice, for a 3.5 h transit to mid- Wales. The communication was excellent, both by email and directly by phone - and the car was on time, immaculate and safely driven late at night by the wonderful Eve. We will for sure use them again if we need to.

On the day of travel, the taxi didn't turn up and having waited an extra 15 mins I phoned only to be told that I hadn't paid for my booking. I explained what was shown on my confirmation but they were adamant that you had to pay in advance. Once I paid , the taxi arrived in 10 minutes, but as it was 3 am I was quite stressed by this time. When we returned home I sent them an e mail and attached a photo of my booking where it clearly stated pay the driver on the day. Since then I've sent 2 further e mails and had no reply to any of them. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - EmilianoBristol, UK4 contributionsI go to Bristol Airport a lot, and I have used Arrow Cars many times (this time was for a ride home around midnight).
From the point of view of quality, their service is probably the best at Bristol Airport, they are the only taxies that can drop you off and pick you up just in front of the terminal - any other company will drive to the drop off and pick up car park, which is a few mins walk from the terminal and, for a pick-up, they will probably expect you to call them when you are there even if you pre-booked, because they can't wait there for longer than a few mins.
Also, their cars are spacious and their drivers are very professional and reliable.
However, their prices are so ridiculously high that I am not sure about the value for money, hence the relatively low rating I gave them. I booked a return journey on Monday 18th November for travel on the Tuesday returning on the friday. I received a text on the Tuesday morning informing me that my bus couldn't travel the full journey. This was due to road closure due to a serious accident and there was no alternative route. There was a link to contact customer services so that you could arrange a new ticket. This link didn't work. I cancelled both journeys and decided to travel by train. The total for both journeys was ÂŁ28.16. The refund I received was ÂŁ12.56. Whilst flixbus cant be held responsible for unexpected circumstances neither should their customers. Refund didn't cover the cost of one journey. I also paid for booked seats on both journeys. Until this happened I had no issues with the company but feel that this is a shocking way to treat customers through no fault of their own. I won't use them again or recommend them.
