- Karen RWolverhampton, UK54 contributionsWe hired electric bikes for the day and cycled along the Bristol to Bath cycle path. We have hired electric bikes before but these were the best so far. Made the journey enjoyable and achievable if you are not at top fitness! Still have to push those pedals round, but just a little bit of help on the inclines makes all the difference.

I emailed James asking for a price to hire 2 pushbikes for a week, the rate quoted was excellent value for money. We met Harry to pick up the bikes the same morning, he took his time to ensure the bikes were a perfect fit for us, provided us with helmets, lock, lights and even let us borrow his own micro USB to charge the lights. The customer service provided is exceptional.
I contacted James via email to see if we could return the bikes a couple of days earlier than previously agreed, and again this was no trouble to do the same morning, he even reduced the heavily discounted rate a little bit for us. It’s rare to come across a company with the customer at the heart of everything nowadays, really impressive!
