The site is super well organised and the team are very friendly. Our co-ordinator was called Simon - and he was brilliant. We're quite competitive and he helped us make a challenge out of the games.
Safety is paramount, because lets face it - these are weapons. Its taken seriously as you'd expect.
We spent three hours having THE BEST fun. - Charlie P1 contributionI booked a go-karting event for myself and my work team as our Christmas outing, with a total of 11 participants. We arrived about 1.5 hours before our race to enjoy some food and drinks at the bar. The food and drink were excellent—just the right amount to fuel us before the event.
We had booked an open session, fully aware that there might be a few additional racers joining us. However, we felt that the track became a bit overcrowded, with a total of 16 racers (our group of 11 plus five others). This made the race feel a little chaotic, as the track got quite congested. After a few accidental bumps and spin-outs, we were kindly pulled aside by the manager on duty (a polite young man with blonde hair, approximately 6 feet tall). He gave us some helpful tips on how to race more safely, which we all appreciated.
Our second race went much smoother, partly because three people opted not to participate, leaving fewer racers on the track. This allowed us to fully enjoy the experience, leading to more competitive yet fun racing and plenty of laughs.
Overall, we had an amazing time. The food and drinks were great, and the staff were friendly and professional. Our only suggestion would be to consider limiting the number of racers on the track at one time—12 seemed to be the sweet spot for a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

There was 4 of us all adults and my god, it was harder than we were expecting. - Joe CTrowbridge, UK68 contributionsI have been to Airhop two or three times through being invited by friends. It's like Bouncehouse but much better. Instead of just trampolines there are also slides, dodgeball courts, battle beams, a course with a timer and more. Great fun but very hot and physical. One of the group dropped out part way through as too hot. I nearly joined him. Possibly too long on the track but shouldn't really complain about that. It was a different experience and despite being quite expensive, definitely worth the money. Warm welcome, excellent introduction and scene setting and we all enjoyed the Nautilus. - Keir MArinsal, Andorra41 contributionsOverall, had an amazing time! The marshals were fantastic, good fun and made us feel welcome and safe. Also great value for money as you have about 4 hours (but you can leave earlier if you need to) and there are lots of game modes.
Some little things that could be improved:
1) It is quite intimidating as a beginner to be in the waiting room without a marshal to answer queries. Loads of experienced players with riot gear and their own professional guns and equipment start turning up (although they were very friendly) so we were suddenly worried we had turned up to wrong session, or misunderstood something! Perhaps a marshal could be stationed in the waiting room to greet and answer beginner queries?
2) Equally, playing alongside experienced players can turn you into cannon fodder a bit - but appreciate it is hard to get enough numbers to guarantee beginner only. Could you work a system in that pairs experienced players up with a couple of beginners? They were all clearly very knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions around tips and strategies - feels like there is an opportunity there.
3) The rental guns seemed a bit unreliable - needing to wind the magazine feed, and was never sure if I was actually shooting anything!
4) I would also recommend a hoodie/hat and gloves for your first time as the BBs sting when they hit! (You get used to it quickly but not when it brained my bald head haha)
