Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have a great Uncle that died in WWII. He was a gunner in a plane and his plane went missing and never returned. His name is therefore on the wall of the missing and it was really important to me that someone from the family visit to pay respects. We went in the wintertime, so it was cold and there were guys using leafblowers at the memorial. They were respectful and gave us a moment at the section of the wall we stopped at to place our flowers. However, I was delighted to find a chapel that is dedicated to the airmen that lost their lives. The chapel is beautiful with a gorgeous mosaic ceiling and a passage written about how they sacrificed - it was quite touching. I was further delighted when I popped by the visitor center and the woman inside took her time to lookup information on my great Uncle and print out information and a certificate for me to take back home. Her information even provided a few details we didn't have before. I also learned of the faces of Cambridge campaign and was able to email a photo of my Uncle to be displayed and remembered. The site is well maintained and the staff were lovely. I am so glad we went and very glad that those who gave their lives are treated so respectfully here.

The cultural tendency of the British to directly live with their dead is strange but endearing. This cementary is a bit dilapitated but you can see the squirrels play, enjoy the quite walk amid the busy streets of Cambridge and the park leads to the best places on Mill road where you can eat Eastern food, Italian, Greek, and basically anything. There is also great shopping there.
So if you fancy a walk on a rainy Sunday afternoon, find your Eastern Turkish groceries here, even during the Holidays.

Split into quadrants, if you will, this cemetery memorialises those no longer with us of all cultures, backgrounds and causes. The remembrance monument to the fallen during times of war is especially good to look at. A moving meander and recommended.

This Grade II listed cemetery found off Histon Road is a surprisingly serene area. The main road can barely be heard from the centre of the cemetery, which almost becomes somewhat of a park, and there’s more greenery than one might expect. The gravestones and memorials show their age - many are heavily weathered and cracked - but are interesting nonetheless, and add to the place’s tranquility. Even passing through one weekday afternoon, there were others meandering through. According to some sites, combined with the Mill Road cemetery, there have been 8,200 burials and many are dedicated to the fallen during The Great War; quite a few are unmarked too.
