Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

In one word: Wow. In many words:
I scheduled this trip with some Hesitation, my first time on such a solo trip, with a some broken English, and mediocre orientation. So I was a bit afraid but I went for it! And I'm so happy that I did! Early in the morning the group met with Chris exactly at the exact place they instructed us to come to (Google Maps directed me, and also good people helped me easily when the app didn't work). Chris was waiting by the minibus with a big smile when I arrived! He was kind and full of- positive energy, love for people, history, imagination and travel. Chris has excellent abilities in forming a group and a wide knowledge that left us speechless. The trip itself was a pleasure - we had the option to travel separately when parked or join each other as a group, while the meeting point was clear and we were assured that no one would be left behind. I learned so much on this trip. Chris gave his heart and soul and although he seems to be just recovering from a slight cold, he hasn't deprived us of any small piece of information accompanied by his radiophonic voice and infectious laugh

This trip was full of knowledge, brilliant stories, laughter and music. it was suited to singles, couples, adults or young people and a wide range of character types. From the shyest to the star of the trip - everyone felt relaxed and comfy. it's a wonderful trip, but above all - it is an extraordinary guide. Highly recommend with lots of love! Thank you Rabbie Torres & thank you Chris!

This trip was scheduled by my fiancé for a landmark birthday, and we had an absolutely incredible time. Lee was our driver, and he was quite hilarious and kept us safe and sound! My fiancé and I each took probably 150 worthy photos each. The sights were incredible. We will remember this trip legitimately for the rest of our lives. It was unquestionably worth the money, and more.

A really interesting walking tour, taking in the main roman history of Chester. The authentic roman soldier is a nice touch! He was very knowledgeable and personable. We really enjoyed it.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable day. The walk with lots of info took us to some areas that we would never have seen. The clues are just hard enough to make you think but easy enough to work out.

This is an effective way to get a lot of detailed information by listening and absorbing whilst in front of the places of interest. It worked well.

I visited Sick to Death with a friend, and had an excellent time! This museum is set in a beautiful building, with old stained glass windows visible at some points, and I spent a fair bit of time looking at the architecture as well as the exhibits themselves.

I personally found the sexual health exhibit fascinating, and the fact it's behind curtains is thoughtful so that those who wish to avoid realistic models of disease-ridden genitalia can do so!

There are lots of interactive elements to this museum, which is great for all ages.

Some walking areas are quite narrow or tight, and I think some wheelchair users would struggle. It was busy when we went, and I struggled with navigating with my crutch (I have mobility problems). Someone in a wheelchair would have ended up stuck several times. Also, the strong flickering light over the portrait of Marie Curie meant I couldn't look at that whole area of the museum due to my seizures, so be advised of this.

Overall, this is a fun, interesting, and pretty gross museum, and I learnt a lot while there! I love the interactivity and the wide variety of exhibits and topics covered. Accessibility could be improved (as discussed above), and a greater range of products stocked in the shop would be nice - more postcards, stickers, that sort of thing. Sick to Death is well worth a visit!

This tour was informative and entertaining. Thomas struck a good balance between giving the right amount of information and asking and answering questions. Some really interesting information about the longbowmen. I am inspired to find out more about the Battle of Shrewsbury and Henry IV. Thank you Thomas

Highly recommended. We had a great time while we were in Chester. I would recommend this to all my friends who are visiting the Chester area. As a life long resident of Chester I was surprised and gained knowledge that I never had before.

We never had a holiday but wanted something special for my son and me. This day out was perfect! The views we seen the things we learnt were amazing! Should a fantastic place to go would definitely go again!
The driver Adrian was so lovely, thoughtful and helpful. He couldn't have been faulted. He made the experience brilliant for everyone all was included and all had so much fun.
The trip was very thought out , even the music and information was organised to fix when we were at certain places! Brilliant!
Didn't feel like we just got on a bus and was driven around. Adrian by the end of the trip felt like a friend and I am so grateful for the way he was with my 9 year old son.
The people we met were also so lovely.
Would love to do a Christmas trip ! Christmas music going ! Fun and laughter! Will watch out for something like that!
    Thanks again busybus!
    We will see you again

What a brilliant few hours spent with talented, funny and friendly performers on this great ghost tour.

From the first minute the performers had us at ease with an entertaining and immersive tour with lots of surprises along the way. A perfect mix of information stops along a lovely route around Chester. I have worked in Chester for 19 years and visited streets I’ve never seen before with lots of history I never knew.

If you go on this tour and throw yourself into the experience you will have a brilliant time.

I found this tour very interesting, the guide was informative.
I also liked the fact you could stop and start it. Chester is a beautiful city to walk around and has history everywhere you look. The tour takes you to some interesting sites like the City wall

I took my parents who were visiting me from Spain on the tour to the Lake District and it was simply AMAZING.
Our tour guide Frank was so lovely, passionate, thoughtful, attentive and taught us many interesting facts and history points throughout the journey. This tour is everything that you could want from a tour. It’s interactive, comfortable, interesting, beautiful and you cover so many different gorgeous spots and places!
We took so many pictures and we are looking forward to going onto the next tour with Busy Bus either to Wales or Yorkshire.
    I definitely recommend them! :)

Really informative interesting tour although the bus was a bit cold as the heating wasn’t working. The speaker could have been a bit louder as we had to sit under it to hear.

I hadn't been to Wales before so I decided to travel from Kent to Chester and then travelled on minibus with Mountain Goat. I must say that I DO NOT regret paying for the guided tour at all. It allowed me and my teenage son to explore most of Snowdonia, Conwy castle, slate quarry and several other spectacular places in one day. Well worth the price.
