Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Rabbies luxury minibus 🚐 tour of Conway Castle 🏰 and Chester Cathedral.
A thoroughly unique, bespoke, enjoyable fun day out.
The mini bus was spacious, comfy, and immaculately clean.
Robert, the driver, was very professional, caring, and extremely helpful.
He provided us with an excellent commentary on the History, myths and legends of the places we were visiting and was extremely knowledgeable throughout.
The tour was run like clockwork.
The day started with a trip round Conway castle and a delicious breakfast in Conway.
We got to stop off and visit various Beaty spots along the way which were breathtaking.
These included a drive over both Menai straight bridges and stopping off in Anglesey at a viewing point to take in the Snowdonian mountains.
A drive up and over the Snowdonia pass and stopping off at another viewing point looking out over the Snowdonian Valley, including Lakes, and Slate Quarry.
Followed by Afternoon lunch in Betws y Coed.
The final stop of the day was Chester Cathedral. A truly magnificent building which is steeped in history.
Finally returning back to Manchester at around 7pm.
A truly wonderful and fun filled day out.
We travelled 🧳 on Saturday 11th January 2025. The weather in Manchester was -5 degrees.
The Snowdonia Mountains were covered in snow and it was a truly wonderful experience. A beautiful dry, and frosty winters day.

I strongly recommend this tour with Rabbies Minibus Tours.
A fabulous and fun filled experience.
    A throughly good day out.
    Excellent value for Money.
    2 very happy customers.
Thank you Rabbie, and Thank You Robert the driver. Brilliant Service. 🙏

Easy to understand timetable and pick up locations. Commentary was clear and informative, shame it wasn't a live person talking instead of a recording like York, but understand this trip is a bit shorter and probably less busy :) overall, we would thoroughly recommend this as a thing to do in Chester - a great way to explore the city! Also our driver was very friendly too.

One of the best trips I have ever taken was to North Wales. The area is stunning, and I had an incredible time on the heritage train, which truly felt like stepping back in time. After researching several tour companies, something about Mountain Goat stood out, and I’m so glad I chose them for my trip. Scot, our guide, made the experience exceptional with his positive energy and unique way of engaging with the group. By the end of the day, it felt like we had all known each other for a long time. Along with the breathtaking views and delicious food, Scot’s company made this one of the best trips I’ve taken in the UK. Highly recommended!

If you want to visit many castles, this is the tour. Darren, our tour guide, had an impressive knowledge of the country and the sites. And the sheep...wow, they are everywhere. A caution for those with limited mobility - there were great distances to walk from the drop off point to the main attractions in some towns, often up steep inclines and cobbled streets, making it hard for those with limited mobility. We called a cab a few times to get back to the van on time.

Price fixing needs to be addressed! Charging £17 per person? Wrong! I asked the pink haired man at the entrance "Why is this the only option? He began with the inappropriate, ridiculous, "So", then went on to inform me that this price made our tickets valid for a full year! I suggested, (as I suspect many others have already) that 1. I was only here for the day. and 2. I live 260 miles away, so how many times would I be able to travel to Canterbury to visit the cathedral in the one year, and why would I want to visit more than once, or maybe ever again?? Why on Earth is there not a single day/visit ticket option (maybe £5, pay on entry) for single day visitors? (Some of whom might not even live in the UK?) Such obvious questions that shouldn't need to be asked! It actually looks and feels like a scam! We last visited some 10 years ago and loved the place. It would have been nice to go inside again, but sadly, we were not willing to pay for the £34 season ticket. Whoever is responsible, shame on you!!
