Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My 3rd visit, but never disappointed by the Katies, art work! I bought a lamp shade with the drawing of PT Isaac plat on it on the last visit I enjoy it so much. I didn't get to see Katie, but the man in there showed me how to adjust the shade inside when I got home. much appreciated! Beautiful gift selections in shades, aprons and cards too.

We visited before in September 2022 and regretted not buying a lamp. We returned this year and there were so many lovely things - from clothes and bags to jewellery and pottery and paintings. Our daughter bought a super bracelet. We chose a lamp base and shade and only when paying did we realise it was a family affair - as Faye Hawkins was wrapping it she told us it was made by her dad Billy downstairs in the studio (he’s also a member of Fisherman’s Friends) and painted by her mum Barbara. This made our purchase even more special and meaningful and we will always treasure it. Thank you so much.

We parked in the car park and noticed this place so decided to have a look. It is a small shop selling some nice things as well as ice cream and hot drinks. We tried the chocolate ice cream and this was really nice. We also had a coffee which was ok. Nice place to have a look if you park in the car park to walk down to the main area.
