- Ben RDitchling, UK211 contributionsWe’ve visited this shop numerous times and on every occasion the customer service has been outstanding. Every staff member is passionate about what they do and offers service with a smile.
The selection of tea and matcha is excellent with such a wonderful variety of flavours on offer. We have tried multiple tastings and each one has been excellent. It’s so nice to be able to try the teas before a drink to take away or a tin to take home.

Having arrived early before the footfall, and chosen some items, my step daughter mentioned it was her first time buying at Lush. Laurie did a pampering demonstration on her, taking so much time to explain ingredients, products and her reasons for recommending them. She armed us both with samples and taught about choosing and wearing perfumes too, as well as creating a skincare routine. She was friendly, positive and warm, with a wonderful energy that was infectious. While there, another customer came and thanked her for the scalp care and help she received too. I have never had such a personalised shopping experience anywhere, nor met such a perfect reflection of the Lush brand! I could see what a connection she had with customers and other staff, and felt we could be friends in other circumstances! She instinctively knew when the shop was beginning to fill and wrapped it up with use very professionally so she could attend to other shoppers. She definitely created a connection to the brand and she has done the company proud! I loved having the chance to be creative and spend time with friends at the same time. I was able to create something I didn’t think I ever could. I am one of those people that is into shapes, straight lines, patterns...and this place has some beautiful artwork.
Lots of unique gifts for trendy but not too trendy people and some really clever cards too!
If I lived here in Brighton, I would be a regular. The clock I bought is so soothing to my eyes.

On the ground floor one finds a small shop of Pusheen merchandise, from badges to backpacks and soft toys. Upstairs there's a cafe where you can get your coffee served in a Pusheen mug.

Great customer service, fine chocolate bars. The truffles weren't quite as good as I expected, but still worth a splurge for one or two.
