He used different techniques of massage, which is great! - Lucy1 contributionI have recently graduated from the Ashtanga vinyasa 200hrs teacher training with it's yoga Brighton and I can highly recommend it, the course is thorough,excellent,fun and a life changing experience,Lena is warmhearted and knowledgeable.

Regie’s techniques have enabled the relaxation of my muscles that are so often crumpled from carrying chronic pain. The sessions have had a profound re-energising effect on me. Regie’s holistic and individualised approach feels very healing and I highly recommend Regie as a professional and dynamic massage therapist. - Ella J1 contributionI went here with 2 of my friends and we had a lovely time. We used the sauna which was very clean and well functioning. Simon provided us constant top ups of filtered water which was a lovely bonus. The plunge bath was a fantastic addition to the day and even afterwards Simon was kind enough to offer to take photos of us all in the plunge bath.
