There were three family members in our party - three generations - Nana, daughter and grand daughter and Lee's commentary included items of interest for all three of us.
It was so fun for us and our adult children!

Set within a large historic estate and gardens, this Museum always has fabulous exhibitions, activities for kids and families, and now a superb walled garden and visitors centre.
The newly opened walled garden is a delight for the planting, the walkways, great disabled access the children love playing games on and a lovely exhibition space.

It's been so imaginatively restored, to give an added dimension to the rich experiences this enormously popular family-friendly museum offers,
Also, take a visit to the Museum in the Park (free) for an interesting hour (very suitable for children) then across the road to the Old Nelson for some refreshments.
