Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Although there is not a great deal to see here, it does' tend to show how people lived quite well. The entry charge represents well the small size of this museum.

This volunteer ran museum is such a nice place to visit for a day out! I went on a steam day and it was amazing to see all these old engines still working!!
It's clear the staff there enjoys what they do, even the engineers and blacksmiths working on the machine are friendly and will talk you through what their doing it's fascinating!
Plenty of interactive stuff of kids to do as well like the water park or frog tails for the really young.

Not to mention freshly made cakes at the canteen lol and free parkings a plus +

We visited here as a spur of the moment decision. Having a few hours to spare before leaving the area, we found the cider museum online and decided to pay a visit. Although neither myself or my husband would be considered cider drinkers we found the history of cider and where the terms used come from quite interesting. It is only a small museum, I believe we spent around 90 minutes here, I didn’t feel the price was too expensive. However if a family were visiting it may start adding up for just a short activity.
If you are a cider drinker I would definitely recommend this place and even if not you may still find the history fascinating.

A wonderful museum that does much credit to Rosemary Rigby and her initiative in its establishment. We must never forget the courageous young women commemorated here.

It's really just one big room above the city public library. In all honesty, there isn't very much to see and what there is is a bit random. Couldn't see any art, did we miss it? Well it's free, so you can't really complain. For some reason entry is restricted to 10 persons at any one time. Fire regs are quoted...but it's a huge room approached by equally huge stairway....really weird.

I'd seen on Trip Advisor (TA) some people's review on this location, so decided to visit. A small car park, within the park, allows you to stay for 2 hours. A short walk to the "museum".
I asked a local worker who was at the site "was this a museum"? He said it was, but has been closed for years "possibly closed in 1995!". Now a Hoople/Council building. Therefore, I don't know what some people have been reviewing on TA recently about visiting "the museum".
The park is a lovely, smallish, hill top park, with good views over the city and to the Black Mountains (to the west). There are several benches to sit on and take in the view. Some splendid trees are found within this park.
