Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- knitting-nana4ollieCranbrook, UK29 contributionsWe all went to visit Bewl at the weekend and were very impressed by the range of activities there. Our grandsons loved the playgrounds and the walk along the dam.
We had lunch at the cafe, the food was nice and the staff friendly but prices were high!Written 7 August 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. He has been several times and also taken friends here. He says the size of the space is great, it is open enough to have good angles for shots, but has enough cover to hide too.
He thinks it the most fun venue with fewer macho user aggressive players and you can use and improve skills here.
Highly recommend.Written 14 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Jo CHastings, UK11 contributionsOur group of ten mostly 13/14 year old boys loved it. In their words "It was sick".
We happened to go on a really busy day and it was a little chaotic checking in but getting the kit and the running of the sessions was actually quite smooth. Difficult to hear part of the safety briefing due to the noise of the morning groups coming off. Perhaps some sort of PA type system would be an idea. I was told when I booked that 300 paintballs (which are included in the price) would be enough even for trigger happy teens. It wasn't.
Minor comments aside the team on the day were helpful and cheerful and the boys honestly loved it. They have been full of stories since.
So all in all a great birthday activity and one I imagine they will want to repeat it at some point.Written 16 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It's not helped by the staff, standing like an idiot to get let out while they argued about birthday sandwiches with another dad for 5 mins nearly cost me my train. When they did get round to letting me out, it was not with an apology, or have you enjoyed it.
quite the opposite it was really to much bother.
I won't be spending my money there again.Written 9 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I could almost taste the sweat in the air of moist bar tenders and the far from refreshing fragrance of cow pat. The one question i had when i left was "is that really a sandwich? Or is two pieces pieces of bread with ham in the middle?" Overall i would highly recommend not entering this place let alone blasting in it!Written 13 July 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
