Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Jacquie HSouthampton, UK338 contributionsbeautiful gardens and walks, take the time to enjoy the beauty of the nature around, we loved this place, be prepared to walk a long way, but there are plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the sights and smells and sounds,Written 28 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Darren C2 contributionsAbsolutely brilliant, experienced and knowledgable handlers. All the raptors have character and plenty of flight to glove. Finally we had 5 Black Kites in flight whilst taking food shot from a catapult! It doesn’t get much better for nature lovers.Written 2 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Geoff HSissinghurst, UK17,427 contributionsSecond time visit this year and as lovely as ever. Well maintained paths and, apart from walking, you can have a boat on the lake, watch the geese, use the exercise machines and, if there are any children with you, they can use the playground with its own dinosaur. If the grown-ups are interested, at one end of the park there is the Victoria Cross Grove commemorating those residents of Royal Tunbridge Wells who were awarded the Victoria Cross in the First World War. For refreshments, there's the excellent Dunorlan Park Cafe (not dog friendly inside, but you can sit at the tables outside with your four-footed friend).Written 21 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Norbert11 contributionsWe completed the walk around the reservoir, took just under 4 hours. I agree with other reviewers, the car park is a rip off, but if you are prepared to walk 3 miles there is free parking on Rosemary Lane.
I’d like to thank those many lovely dog owners who let their pets defecate on the paths and can’t be bothered to clear up the mess.Written 14 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - wombatskiBexleyheath, UK107 contributionsHad a fantastic time here today. Just the two of us and Zoe the falconer. There for 3 hours and we flew 8 birds from Barn Owls to a Vulture (she was a real character). Took loads of photos but won't bore you with them. Great fun and fantastic value for money.Written 26 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Sian Ccardiff30 contributionsThis was a peaceful place and we had a lovely hour or so wandering amongst the ruins. There were brief boards of information - but they only gave basic information. I would have liked to have more information.Written 8 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

Easy to book a time slot online. Easy parking.
The staff were really friendly and I’m assuming the man was the owner as he made a real effort to e gate with customers.
The crazy golf is well thought out and definitely fun for the kids, with all the dinosaurs.
It’s very well maintained and clean.
They have drinks and a few outdoor tables to sit at. Very reasonable prices.

On arrival, we were kindly greeted and given a personal tour around the grounds. The whole place is immaculate and the gardens are beautiful. We both had a delicious lunch and a hot stone massage which was just amazing and left us feeling so relaxed.
The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the facilities are just fab if you love an outdoor pool and a warm bubbly jacuzzi!
Thank you to all the staff at Knowle Grange who were working on the bank holiday and made my birthday so special! I highly recommend Knowle Grange and I want to make this a birthday tradition from now on!Written 27 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The two teachers and assistant were so lovely and very welcoming. The class was really fun and we made lots of goodies. The time went much to quickly, and before I knew it we were packing up all the lovely chocolates we had made.
Great value as you get to take home what you make and there was lots!

The train ride was exciting, the carriage was spotless and very well laid out. The quality of cheeses was absolutely spot on and the portions were more than generous.
We had a great time and it really helped make a birthday treat.
A big thank you to all at Spa Valley, this was the first of many trips I am sure.Written 27 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I found it extremely enjoyable and learnt so much about wine. Jonny was a master in the delivery of content and having wines to taste in each session certainly brought it to life ! I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone who wants to take a step forward with their knowledge of wines.Written 11 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
