We got on all the rides we wanted to multiple times and had a fantastic day. The cost of the day pass was value for money as we were there all day. The food offerings however we extortionate. Loads to see, quality of life for animals seemed really good.
I wouldnt recommend getting food from the cafe as it not really worth it

- hazel d52 contributionsWhat a great afternoon, and a bargain too. Beautiful, well preserved with a reasonably priced bar and cafe at the back of the room. So uplifting to be there and watch the dancers and hear the organ being played. Anyone can get up and dance of course, if they wish. Lovely helpful staff, especially our welcomer Francis who told us some of the history. - acs1984Cockermouth, UK1,713 contributionsYou have to book your 3 hour slot online before you visit. We booked a slot mid afternoon as we thought it might be quieter. It was quieter than the last time we came but it was still exceptionally busy. I paid extra to use the spa facilities. I enjoyed the spa facilities but don't think its worth the extra money you pay. It didn't matter to us as my husband didn't want to use the spa facilities but I noticed when booking that both of us couldn't add the spa option. I assume this is because one of us needs to supervise our child in the park, but we could have taken turns in the spa. We couldn't share our spa band either as once you put it on its permanent. We enjoyed using the pool and slides. The changing areas were clean and tidy. - acs1984Cockermouth, UK1,713 contributionsWe used the trams a lot when we were staying in Blackpool. We purchased a weekly ticket which I thought was value for money since we used the trams multiple times a day. The trams were always very full so you didn't always get a seat. Sometimes your tickets weren't even checked as it was that busy the conductor couldn't get to you. The trams now go up to North Station which is good if you want to go up there but a pain if you don't! If you are travelling from the North facing forwards, be prepared to face backwards as you depart North Station, as the tram doesn't turn around, it just reverses. If you are travelling from the North and want to get off at Tower or North Pier, I'd just get off at Talbot Square now as like I say you go up to North Station now and its a bit of waste of time. We were disappointed with the I'm A Celebrity section, not a single wax work in there, a bit pointless in our opinion. - Teddyedward10Preston, UK34 contributionsThe only reason I have given this a 4 rather than a 5 is that other Sea Life Centres we have been to have outside attractions such as Seal feeding and tidal pools. My 2 year old granddaughter really enjoyed it and there were lots of Wow moments. Lots of child height exhibits. The fish and other creatures looked healthy and the exhibits were clear and really interesting. The show , show casing music (super live band and singers) from the 30's, 40's and up to the 1970's, the dancing by Karen and gorka was excellent, as we're the backing dancer's.
