- ANTHONY DLondon, UK421 contributionsJust down the road from the Liverpool Lodge, so we popped in for a couple of drinks on the way to Anfield Stadium. It's a big pub, traditional high ceiling full of Liverpool and Everton memorabilia. There are also some great boxing pictures. A great choice of ale, beers and wines. The staff were friendly, full of life and very helpful. The prices were extremely good compared to our local. Well it was that good on the way back from the game, we stayed until last orders. - Abz B3 contributionsI had such fun a few weeks back with a friend I decided to come back to see if they would accommodate for a solo performer looking for something fun to do on their last night in Liverpool.
They were happy to do so and I had a fun time butchering some musical theatre and Disney tunes as well as a few poppy favourites. I maybe shouldn’t have tried to blast my vocal chords when I was still recovering from a cold but still had a good time.
I also had a mishap outside trying to contact a taxi, I struggle speaking to people over the phone due to nerves and a slight speech impediment and the security man was kind enough to take over the call and speak to the driver for me. The venue was perfect and provided a space for colleagues to come together and have some fun that was different to our usual parties!
The staff were extremely helpful and attentive ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the event. Huge shoutout to Craig, Kay, Rebekah, Will and other colleagues who assisted us on the night and ensured it ran smoothly, nothing was too much trouble and it made it much easier for our events team.
Roxy Lanes exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it for any businesses looking to bring colleagues together.
The karaoke room was a massive hit!!
The feedback amongst staff has been fantastic and we will definitely be returning.

But it could do with a bit more cleaning as the tables and floors were extrmley sticky.
