Ethan our driver was great, kept us safe on the road and was a good laugh, thanks mate!

A great tap room located in the brewery ,housed in an industrial unit,interior is superb ,it's colourful, a cool looking serving bar, eclectic decor and furnishings, nice wall art and the wonderful brewing equipment on show which one of the staff gave us a tour of ,fascinating seeing the brewing process in operation and then tasting the beer.
We had a study of their very impressive beer offering and in the end we opted for Carnival Brewing Company " Carmen mosaic pale ale " these were served in excellent condition, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular brewery taproom.
My pale ale was really good, a hoppy ,well balanced pale ale, hints of caramel, a delicious aroma and aftertaste with a slight bitter finish to it we both enjoy ,it really was a very well crafted pale ale indeed, it was just so good being in such a lovely brewery taproom enjoying a quality pale ale and sat with my twin brother, best beer companion in the world.
We both really enjoyed our pale ale's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to Carnival Brewing Company we had a great beer experience.
Carnival Brewing Company is found in King Edward Industrial Estate along Gibraltar Row in Princes Dock.
Opening hours are ;
Monday to Thursday, closed.
Friday, 4pm till 10pm.
Saturday, midday till 11pm.
Sunday, midday till 6pm.

Learnt about the process of how different beers are made and got to try more drinks than we thought we would with a wide variety. We stopped at 4 different locations for drinks, each better than the last. Sarah was an excellent host, very knowledgable and her enthusiasm for what she does is so obvious. Good mix of people in our group with a variety of ages, friends, families and couples - something for everyone. My husband wanted to see the Liverpool Football Club stadium and we saw that plus the Everton current and new stadiums. We hit the Beatles highlights (since we had done that on our last trip). She gave us some great tips for pubs and other things to see.
