The staff were welcoming, polite and thorough in the explanation of how to use the facilities. I was so chilled out and the hour went by so quickly. - Lynda V1 contributionI was recommended by a friend to see Yasien ~ She stated hes outstanding and soon has he sees you straight away knows what is going on . She was 100% correct .wow I have never been treated so well he's passionate about helping you much has he can. Used numerous techniques is knowledge is vast. He asked me to go back the next day has he needed more time on me , he stated he didn't want more money he was wanting to correct a issue I was having in my neck and shoulders and more time was needed in total I had 3 hours . 100% dedicated to his work and clients. He explained so much to me , showed me excises I need to do and what my body needed to go through to correct it so I don't have a difficult time in the future . Place is immaculate. I couldnt even think off constructive criticism. I felt emotional when I came home , he instantly saw what was wrong and I didn't have to say anything and now in his care to correct my body which is well overdue. I will recommend him to everyone blown away . And I will now only see this talented man, a huge Thankyou. 🙏

We had a party of eight 10 year olds climbing for 90 minutes. Niamh was the instructor for the group and great with all the children. When we arrived we were asked to pre order the pizzas which arrived promptly just before the end of the climbing session.
