Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Everyone loves to come to this street and neighborhood to celebrate the Beatles and Liverpool music scene. You will find the Cavern Club and other music bars and lots of nostalgia. A bit honky tonk.

My twin brother and I were pub hopping around the wonderful Georgian Quarter and walked down Hope Street,a street that in my opinion is the most beautiful street in Liverpool.
The architecture along this street is amazing, the best examples of Georgian architecture in Liverpool, from this street you have great views of both of the city's cathedrals and there's some great pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants along this street, all in all its a great street to check out if you're planning a trip to Liverpool.

This museum is so tastefully done about a very distasteful subject. It is a tribute to the over 3 million slaves traded from Liverpool port and a somber reminder that this should never have happened in the first place or ever again!

Liverpool is a city justifiably famous for its great architecture, in the city centre there seems to be great looking and historically important buildings on every street ,one street that encapsulates this is Victoria Street.
Along this street are some great looking buildings with most every Victorian era building a Grade II listed building, the street is also home to some great pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants so not only is the street pleasing on the eye you can enjoy drinks or a meal along the street, all in all its a great street to check out if you're planning a trip to Liverpool City Centre.

If you want to see some of the best architecture in this city then Water Street is a great street to walk down.
Such was the wealth brought in from trade to the city of Liverpool a lot of banking establishments set up here along this street that was unsurprisingly first called Bank Street, later the streets name was changed to Water Street, this street runs from Liverpool Town Hall down to the River Mersey ,architecture along this street is amazing with Grade I and Grade II listed buildings ,buildings such as Oriel Chambers Building, Africa House Building, Liverpool Town Hall and many other great looking buildings, well worth checking out if you're in the area.

No visit to Liverpool is complete without a visit to this place.
Just round the corner from the Strand Street Travelodge and over the road from the rail station.
First night had the Katso chicken which was really nice and I had a portion of chips, which were the best I’d had in ages, hubby had fish and chips. He was impressed.
Returned on our last morning for breakfast. Really good. Staff efficient and friendly.
    Thank you

Went for Sunday lunch with Family. Had a set menu which was reasonably priced.
Service was good, had live music on which was also very good as it wasn’t too loud. So very pleasing. Good was tasty and value for money. Gravy was very thin other than that all good.

My twin brother and I were walking down Seel Street, its a street that's always busy ,it's a street lined with great pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants and the architecture along this street is just super, we dropped into Dirty O'Sheas Pub, Peacock Bar and also The Park Bar ,had a great time, come the weekend this street is a hive of activity but with the amount of pubs and bars along this street hardly surprising really, its a street to most definitely check out if you're in the area or planning a trip to Liverpool.

Before the 3rd national lockdown descended my twin brother Stephen and I decided to jump the train down from Kirkby to Liverpool City Centre and visit some of the great pubs our city is justifiably famous for, we walked down Old Hall Street on the way to The Lion Tavern Pub, its a street normally bouncing ,shops, cafe's and restaurants give this street a special vibe ,the architecture is also fabulous, lots of Grade II listed building line the street ,when the lockdown gets lifted beginning on the 12 April this street will once again be buzzing again, lets hope so anyway.

Located in the eclectic Ropewalks District of Liverpool is Fleet Street, this street is an old established street in Liverpool that in days gone by was home to some amazing looking warehouse buildings which are still standing but nowadays are home to fantastic pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants, Fleet Street runs through the heart of the party area that's centred around the fabulous Concert Square, its a street to most definitely check out if you're planning a trip to Liverpool.
