Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I’ve been coming to world museum for over 30 years and there’s always something new and amazing to discover. We came here this time for the survival of bees exhibition which is £12 per ticket which was well worth it as it was very factual and in depth exhibition about bees.
The rest of the museum is amazing with lots of ancient artefacts on display. My favourite area has always been the Egyptian exhibition. Well worth a visit and great day out for kids. They have a cafe on site and also picnic areas for bringing a pack lunch. So you don’t have to pay the high prices.

We were in the area so decided to visit this museum. It’s based over 3 floors and was very very interesting to learn about this subject and how it affected the area. It’s quite amazing how they funded the slavery ships from England and the different stories told by people who came from slavery and how they lived. Some of it was a bit over my head to understand but the insight to this industry in years passed and even to today is unbelievable.

Excellent museum but very disappointed it is no longer open on Wednesdays. All visits now seem to be by prior arrangement which is a great shame.
