- DD9933Liverpool, UK17 contributionsThe bouncy soft play section has been completely replaced. It used to have a great mix of ball pit, slides, tunnels and passageways to run around in and bounce on, suitable for a wide age group. The revamp has 6 slides, 2 of which take up almost half of the area, the other 4 all converge on a small central area. My 9 & 11 year old kids got bored after a few times. It's great if you're kids are younger - while we were there parents lined the bottom of the slides to supervise the mostly 4-7 year olds that were there. The trampoline section hasn't changed and had a mix of toddlers to young teens. My guess is that they have purposely lowered the average age of their main target market. The garbled tannoy announcements are impossible to understand and the staff told us to get off with 3 minutes still to go, so that could be improved. We did The Haunting one this time which was so well designed the puzzles were so fun to find out and it had such a creepy vibe. Sean was our game operator and he was AMAZING. Parents were so impressed and the staff were exceptional, patient and kind. - Victoria S1 contributionWe visited get nude life drawing for a hen party.... We had the best time. From start to finish we were in stitches. Matt was so helpful while I was booking and so easy to get in touch with as I had to amend my booking a few times but made it so easy to do. Paul the life model was amazing and so funny made us all feel so comfortable and read the room perfectly.

We arranged a party for our eight year old in January and the kids had a great time. There is a large (but not too large that you can’t see where the kids are) battle ground with adjacent viewing area for parents and a separate party room. All were immaculately clean and well designed and booked for exclusive use which is important to us from a safety perspective in terms of keeping track of where everyone was. Safety generally was clearly a key priority for the staff too and they made sure the kids kept their goggles on and also adjusted the music level to ensure the children were all comfortable with the noise levels. The package came with lots of Dominoes pizza and unlimited Fruit Shoots for the kids and there is a coffee machine where you can get a drink for £1.50. Really good prices and great service. My husband and grandson enjoyed a taster session with Mike, they both really enjoyed the climbs & are looking forward to having another go. Mike is great with children and adults alike; so professional and giving encouragement to keep learning.

The atmosphere immerses you completely in the story, the decor is incredibly detailed, and the puzzles really challenge your mind. It’s a perfect mix of logic, teamwork, and adrenaline. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves exciting adventures and engaging experiences.
