Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Jackie PLiverpool, UK2 contributionsWow, Wow, Wow. The Big Little Library has moved to a bigger unit opposite where it was before. It’s amazing. Has even more books for you to browse and they’re all free to take home. The space gives has a cosy atmosphere. There’s even chairs where you can sit and read a book to children with you or just loose yourself in the latest book you find. All the wonderful volunteers are still there so if you need help finding a book they’re on hand to help.Written 3 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - permiaIreland64,695 contributionsIn an attractive listed building are many services for the community. Books for lending, advice and internet access are just some available for the locals.
Interestingly, even though the Library was not funded by him, it was opened in 1902 by Andrew Carnegie.Written 24 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I think its known as Nomad Clan Mural, this 21 feet tall artwork is the work of a group of all female graffiti artists ,its cool ,lots of nice features, I love the cormorant fishing for its meal ,its very photogenic and well worth checking out if you're in the area, although the building that's home to this mural is on Tithebarn Street the best views are from Eberle Street or Hackins Hey.Written 28 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
