BUT the staff responded well by offering more time on the two tracks and keeping us abreast of how they were accommodating us. The people were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was challenging, brilliantly paced and big enough for us all to have our moments, especially with the skill based challenges. This was hands down the best room we've played so far! We went on 13th December for the Christmas night out and it was great from start to finish. Great communication from Sue in the build up and a really good host when we were there. Great with the lads and looked after everything. Good fun for all and would highly recommend. All the staff are brilliant, helpful and friendly but a special thanks must be made for Robin. He looked after us last time and welcomed us back as old friends. Would and have recommended Escape Hunt to all my friends. They all enjoyed themselves and want to do it again soon. Harry was a kind, fun, and involved coach, helping the kids get the most out of the hour we had booked.
