We had booked an afternoon package with a massage .
The massage was very good and relaxing .
The spa could feel a little claustrophobic, as dark and hot .. but I’m guessing that’s the vibe, water is readily available to drink .
The pools are beautiful and cater for all requirements. So well worth a visit .. I will say my relaxing package turned into a gladiator package as I slipped down a plunge pool ladder and after a relaxing experience, I’m now black and blue.

After the summer holidays of caring for three children, I really needed to relax. My hips were tight, and my shoulders felt stiff, but I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment, especially the fluid, flowing movements. My hips feel amazing now! The overhead arm stretches while floating on my back were particularly soothing, and staying on the surface worked very well for me. We booked a package and it was our first time trying a parenie - such a unique experience, a little intense at first with the heat of the sauna but we really enjoyed it. - Meg RoLondon, UK16 contributionsThank you so much to the fabulous team who removed me from the hustle and bustle of busy London and helped me relax and rejuvenate after a busy week. From the moment I stepped into Espa, the energy and space was beyond relaxing. Such a warm welcome from the lovely receptionist, who showed me around and prepared me for everything I could expect from my visit. Hasta was my therapist for a Swedish massage, she was very informative on the treatment and offered beautiful scented oils to choose from.

But ....... not everyone is a regular ........ and knows what to do - where to go ....
I drove into the car park .... thought I should have a ticket - but didn't .... couldn't see any signs.
I said to lady at reception that I hadn't been there before - but I didn't get any instructions on where to go ...
I said I didn't have a parking ticket - she gave me phone number of car park.
She wrote down the number wrong - but i have enough life experience to get person to read out the number and double check it - so that disaster was averted !
I swam - it was great.
Post swim ... came out ... walked all the way around to the car.
I thought attendant might have to come and help - and I didn't want them hanging around while I walked from Aquatic Centre to parking.
Got to car .... rang car park number.
He said 'don't need ticket' auto registration number photo .... just go to machine and pay.
I walked back to the machine.... it said £45 !!!!! I had only been in there an hour ....
Rang car park again .... he said go to machine inside the centre and it will calculate for the time you have been inside ....
I walked back around to the Aquatic Centre ......
I was laughing by now ..... but really ..... some signage for newbies would be great !

- Camper148318369351 contributionThis place is wonderful and would recommend to anyone. Lovely staff and spotlessly clean. The Hammam ritual was fantastic. So nice to go somewhere and not constantly be asked to buy products. such a relaxing environment will definitely be returning.

Fantastic day out watching the wheelchair singles & doubles. Yes queues were long and food was slightly overpriced (but that's to be expected at a sporting event).
The only thing that let it down was the loud music coming from centre court between play. I have no problem with music but I personally didn't think dance music was appropriate for this venue. The staff working the day did sort it out, but again it‘s going to a spa whilst being of a different skin colour from others. Will go again, but earlier so as to avoid such confusion with less people around.
