Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This tour is a great way to get all of the sites and highlights in one swoop. This allows you to understand the lay of the land and get comfortable with the underground. It is a walking tour so be prepared. Our guide, Arie, was super. She had energy and was more than helpful with any questions. She kept the tour moving filled with information. Great way to kick off your trip.

First, I really enjoyed our tour guide. The guide was five-stars. Zozo (unsure of the spelling) was knowledgeable, organized, and meticulous in stating the facts.

We did have itinerary changes, but those who have taken tours like this in the past will know that these alterations are part of the experience. What I appreciated was Zozo’s communication throughout. No issues there at all.

Only reason I gave four stars and not five was the fact we saw many of the sites from the coach, and it was difficult to take photos. All in all, it was incredibly enjoyable for a family of four. My children are well-behaved, 10 and 12. If you plan on taking kids that, be a bit forgiving of their attention span at times. Both of ours “loved” the sites but got a bit “bored” during some of the guided information at stops. Of course, my wife and I quite enjoyed the commentary. The kids thought the Crown Jewels, Tower of London (more broadly), St. Paul’s crypt, and the London Eye were their favorites.

    Great day in London!

My teen son and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with many thanks to our guide, Lucy. She perfectly curated the sights we enjoyed throughout the Abbey and as we further explored the Westminster area. Lucy’s wit and ever-so-clever insights made this tour a delight. Remarkably, several days later we saw Lucy again -only by chance- at Stonehenge, where she quickly and voluntarily reassumed her role as a “fountain of knowledge” and quickly gave her advice for our otherwise self-guided visit. Highly recommend! Thank you! (and Lucy, should you happen see this review, know that we saw the King at Windsor, wish you were there!).

Enjoyed the tour and getting to see the different locations were parts of each movie was filmed and getting to watch video clips on the coach and we were given an explanation of each one where it took place.

My husband and I had never been to London but we were there for our honeymoon and wanted to do an all encompassing tour. We had Go City passes and saw this as an option so decided to book it. I'm ECSTATIC that we did AND that we got to have Mark as our guide!!! He was super nice, made the tour fun, and knew so many extra facts and things outside of just the norm. He would not only tell us dates and history, but fun stories and insight into the buildings, people, and sights. We stopped many times along the tour so it wasn't tough to walk and stand the whole time (there were places to sit at some of the stops), and even got lucky enough to see the changing of the guard! Even having done this it was so great i'd do it again and recommend it to anyone who wants to hit all the major sights of London!

This food tour was top notch! Our guide Tom was entertaining and made it fun. Borough Market was busting at the seams but he made it feel small and quaint. The food was delicious! Humble Crumble was the unexpected highlight. I highly recommend this tour!

The tour was a great comprehensive overview of Jack The Ripper and the east side of London. It seems the area has changed quite dramatically but that did not detract from the quality of the tour and our guide (I can't remember her name) was great at explaining the stories of the victims and the different possibilities of who Jack The Ripper. I would have no hesitation in recommending the tour to others.

We took the trip to Paris from London for the day. Anna our tour guide was very helpful in planning our day. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint would be that when we got our train tickets we had to go to a different window for the train station to change our tickets. When they did change our tickets our 4 person group ended up in different train cars from each other. There were no seats next to our spouses. It would have been nice to of all sat together or at least as couples. I would still recommend this excursion to get a quick glance at Paris.

The coach pick up and drop off was seamless. It was nice to be accompanied to check in. Unfortunately, the guide Tem lacked experience. It would have been nice on bus rode there to talk about the castle, rooms, things to see, what to expect. Him and bus driver disagreed on leaving time because driver had to be back for another pick up. The castle and grounds are spectacular. More time in the village would be nice. Felt very rushed. Overall good to get a taste, see and pay respects.

This was the highlight of our trip to the UK! It’s incredible to stand inside Stonehenge, and this tour is a brilliant way to do it. The Roman Baths and other stops were also very fun and interesting. We were very fortunate to have Nicholas as our tour guide - he provided so much context and history, not just about the stops but also about the towns we passed through. I wish this had been our first day instead of our last in London, because he also had great recommendations for other places to go and see. He’s also super funny and entertaining, and his color commentary kept the day fun! Robert was our fantastic driver and the ride was sloth and safe throughout the day. A+ experience

Nick gave us a brilliant experience. Although we know theses major sites quite well it was interesting to gain more detail about both the Palace and the Changing of the Guard. We shall certainly look out for further tours available from Nick our guide.
