Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A quite amazing experience that both adults and children in our group absolutely loved.
From being welcomed by the lovely Valentina (Tour Manager) on our arrival and setting foot inside the venue and being confronted by the huge Ukrainian Ironbelly Dragon (Wow!), comforted by a glass of Champagne (always helpful!) until over 3 hours of exploration around the film sets, props, costumes, models, interactive displays and CGI sets the experience is both thoroughly enjoyable and amazing!
The kids absolutely loved the Forbidden forest, Gringotts Bank, Diagon Alley and the Lestrange Vault but we were all astounded by the breathtaking Hogwarts Castle!
For Harry Potter fans this is a must do but even for those not as familiar with the Films the experience is unforgettable and the guides (known as Interactors) make the experience even more amazing.
Cannot recommend highly enough and now the only challenge is wanting to watch all the films again!!
    Brilliant!

Excellent your guide! He made the pub crawl fun with personal and historical tid bits. The pubs were charming and good choices for beer.

My partner and I had an amazing day with English Wine tasting tours. Our guide Brian was the loveliest man who really looked after us and was full of knowledge about the history of wine that he shared with us on the coach journey. We went to three beautiful vineyards where we tried various different wines and learned about the processes in which they make them. Lunch was at a local pub, I thought we were going to be having lunch at one of the vineyards which would have been a nicer setting but it was lovely all the same. We had a great group of people with us on the tour and having got on so well we all ended up going for drinks in London after being dropped off which was a great end to the day. I would definitely recommend this tour to my friends. I might even re-book with a large group of us as it's a great day out.

Our tour guide Dewi was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and fun. Despite living in London for 24 years, he allowed me to discover pubs and passages I had never previously explored. His cider recommendations were also cracking!

This was a wonderful way to spend the day. Brian was a fantastic tour guide. His knowledge of viticulture & the history of wine production was astounding. He was warm, friendly, funny & really interesting. We tried lots of different wines at Sedlescombe organic vineyard, some of which I would not have chosen (but very much enjoyed), and Sharon was clearly passionate about organic and biodynamic wine making. She was engaging & fun. Brian imparted his knowledge about Chapel Down wines & we supped under the shelter of a tent as the rain tried to spoil it!
The light lunch at Silcocks farm shop was delicious, and Nicola & Justin made the cheese & wine pairing afternoon really interesting & fun. We worked out that we tried 17 different wines over the course of the day, and were suitably fluffy-headed & cheese-drunk by the end of the day. Thank you to English Wine Tasting & Tours. We will be back

The boat ride was really pleasant. Its a fun way to see Oxford from a different perspective. The boat driver was really nice and we had a great conversation about some Oxford traditions and celebrations.
I enjoyed the dinner at the Folly. It would be difficult to pick a favorite dish but if pressed I would say that the fennel ice cream with peppercorns was the best. The server explained each dish and the wine pairing with it. The setting and decor was less stuffy than I was expecting for a tasting menu.
    Highly recommend!

Serhat is tremendously knowledgeable about wine. I attended various wine tastings he hosted and enjoyed the wines, the other guests and the expansive hosting. I encountered several wines which remain firm favourites to this day. I have no hesitation in recommending Serhat as a host for wine tastings, as a consultant for your wine cellar or as your guide on a wine trip.

David was amazing, and super knowledgeable- we did a private tour and it was totally worth it and not “touristy” which was what we hoped.

I definitely felt festive after this tour with Jack! It was an afternoon walking around London’s Christmas Markets, and the spiced cider was delightful.

Recently visited Europe (Rome, Paris and London) over Christmas with my family of five. While staying in London on December 27th, we did a Pub Walk with "Mark" from Liquid History. All of the planning and booking was done through Tripadvisor.
It turned out to be the best tour we took the entire trip. It began around 2pm and ended around 530pm in the last pub we visited. Having been on ghost walks and other types of walking tours before, Mark was truly the best guide we've ever had. Not only did he take us to four unique and historic London Pubs, but he also provided interesting historical information before we entered each one. He also explained the different types of beers we could expect in each pub and provided recommendations.
He even provided suggestions about Gin Martinis at one particular pub known for their selection of Gins. This was appriciated by my wife who does not like beer. It was a small group of about 12 of us on the tour. We had plenty of time in each pub to enjoy a pint and socialize with other travelers on the tour. Mark was super friendly and spent time visiting with each of us while in the pubs. After the tour, we enjoyed a great dinner at fantastic Indian Restaurant called "Punjab," but that's for a different review.
We all truly enjoyed the Pub Walk and Mark did a great job! Highly recommended!!

The London Wine Detour is a must-do--whether you're a Londoner or just visiting. Freddie is the consummate tour guide and is an endless wealth of knowledge about both wine and the history of London. A great way to spend an evening and meet new people over a glass or two--can not recommend highly enough!
