Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is the first time I want to write a review here!
We have spent a fantastic night at the Hippodrome!!!
We had dinner in Helliot Steak house, a few words about it - the food was totally amazing!!! We had ceviche (melting in mouth), lamb, lobster, sweet potato fries, chips... OMG, what can I say... delicious!!!! Then we went to see the Magic Mike show (so entertaining and spectacular) and finished our evening in the Permission bar with some nice cocktails.
The staff is polite, nice and hardworking. I would say everyone is working like a bee!
The reason I put 4 stars is that when we were in the cloakroom one thing came to my attention... The curtains inside the cloakroom and above the stairs are so dirty and full of dust and I felt so sad because of your employees working there. I am an allergist and believe me it's so bad to work and breathe in these conditions.
Take care of your people and best wishes!

There are so many really bad unfair casinos. This is not one of them. I have gambled around the world, mainly playing blackjack. Some casinos cheat like hell. Not this particular branch. I have been to some Grosvenor Casino branches that are absolute rubbish with the worst and most impossible cards and outcomes. Again, this one on Edgware Road is OK. They have a fantastic mix of dealers of ALL ethnicities, which is so refreshing to see. I strongly recommend this casino. NB. There are no guarantees on winning, but I feel it is one of the more fair casinos

Booked the fan experience for the England game last night. Was a brilliant view with a massive screen and amazing plush surroundings. Staff were really friendly and had a great time. The only complaint was that the oackage itself was supposed to include £15 per person to use at the bar. But it turns out we couldn't use the vouchers for drinks and instead had to use them as free chips on the tables. Bit annoying as we would have rather have been able to use them as the package said.

This is a fine casino, mostly table games, and with classy and calm decor and lighting. The dealers were terrific, skillful and personable. The gaming experience here is much recommended.

Blackjack rules are as standard in Europe: 3:2 blackjack, dealer stands on soft 17. In the afternoon, the minimum blackjack bet was £10, and this rises as the evening progresses. There are relatively few slots, which adds to the positive ambience.

No good words to say about entry. The unfriendly bouncers at the door clearly think it's their job to discourage customers, growling for ID and making the encounter unpleasant. This was my first post-pandemic trip to Palm Beach and it was a literal rude awakening. This should be an easy fix for management.

Warmly welcomed on arrival,.We were ask to join, but it's FREE and all I had to do was flash my passport We were offered a casino tour, given a match bet, and free drinks voucher. Nice welcome! Insider the casino we found it small, the receptionist joked and called it cosy. From memory I'd say it only had 4 or 5 roulette tables with a low, low 50p minimum-totality (amazballs for london), around the same amount of blackjack tables, and I believe I saw something like a punto table and a few other punto type card games(?) (I like swamping the roulette tables with colours, might give 21 a go but I've never really been interested in games like punto banco just feels like a coin toss on red or black to me. so apologises if I've got it wrong and the other games ain't punto). Great atmosphere, friendly staff. I defo recommend checking it out.

I went into this place. For food, as I was hungry and limited time.
I got in about 20.25. Ordered food. About 20.30. Place was quiet. Not many ppl. When it was arriving to my time to leave I was present with my food. Had to inform my colleagues that I woukd be a bit late.
Very unhappy. At 21.10 they presented me my food.

Amazing service and hospitality. Smaller than some of the others in London but with a great atmosphere. Nice mix of tables and machines. Food was amazing, Garlic Prawns and Chicken Satay followed by Rib-eye Steak and Teriyaki Salmon. If you've never been to a casino and have always wanted too this is the place to go. Can't wait to return.

I just love this place. It's not that big so it's cozy and very friendly. I have never seen a place with people who work there so professional and friendly at the same time. If you think about visiting London Park Lane Club is the best option with an excellent hotel to host. Just because I love this place and come every week they gave me a complimentary card to keep playing on the machines for an hour. It is simply the nicest casino I have ever known.

    I was expecting electronic curtains.

the room is good size, the bathrooms are comfortable, has a hygiene sprayer. bring your own toiletries, the elements did not work great with my hair.

Let me be clear I am a fan of the Empire casino. Staff are amazing, drinks are high quality & cleanliness is immaculate. However… there is an online feedback survey where you are awarded some free points by way of thanks for completion.
Normally never an issue with free points which take 1 or 2 weeks to show up. Last survey I did 8 weeks ago… no points.
In the past I have detailed the one other occasion this problem occurred and the staff added the points manually.
This time round I have spoken to three 3 duty managers in 4 weeks. Each one investigated sent emails to head office & each promised the points would be added as promised.
Guess what? STILL NO points (as of today)
What is going wrong? Maybe due to change of ownership something got dropped in the transfer.
But now apparently difficult or impossible to solve!!!
At my wits end but kind of misleading a customer is bad faith & defo should NEVER be done in principle by gambling sector company.
Latest is I have been given Head Office number but for such a trivial issue I’m obviously reluctant to call them.
Aside from this I would give 5/5 wonder why this cannot be fixed at the venue end. Sigh…
