Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really good fun, just too hot! No air conditioning, we all left literally dripping in sweat. Might have just been broken on the day but the staff said there's nothing they can do about it.

First time at Oxygen at The O2 and according to my son & daughter and the group of friends that attended with us, it was the best trampoline park they had visited for a while - they loved it! As a parent, I was impressed with the cleanliness and clear signage of the place. The registration/signing in staff member, didn't listen when I was informing her of the children's names, which was a bit frustrating as it slowed the process down somewhat.

The activities and competitions available during the session were varied and entertaining. We had a group of 10 children from 3 - 13 and they were all interacting with the hosts and staff members as well as each other. My only real gripe, is that there is too much to explore and do than 90mins allows for!! Could easily spend 2.5-3hrs there without getting bored.

All in all, it was a memorable experience and we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you!!

This is my second time on the vr rollercoaster. You can choose between three cities.I chose to do the Miami rollercoaster experience,it transports you to Miami and it is thrilling! You need to put on a vr headset for this experience (you can also look round it 360 degrees). The seats move too.The staff are really friendly!

Had some great fun here hitting a few balls. Loved the hour spent but I’d like to give them some constructive feedback that I do hope they take on? The facilities are very tired indeed and from the golf mats to the toilets some investment needs to be made to bring this up to date. It boasts a stunning backdrop with the financial district in full view and to be fair the food being served did look good. I do feel they need some sort of system to prevent people staying on too long in their bay. You get an allotted time slot on the hour and we found people were staying to finish hitting all their balls meaning we were at least 6 mins late starting and some didn’t get the full hour. If they could automatically turn off the Tracer equipment most people would stop playing and allow new people to start playing

I only go here to watch relays of operas from the Metropolitan in New York, I find the prices charged for tickets for these screenings rather high but it is a nice cinema. My only other grumble would be the toilets which are not great, I prefer this kind of cinema to places like the Odeon and a nicer kind of client visiting here too!
