- Kurt T3 contributionsPERFECTION!!! We recently booked 8rental for our Italy tour. We had a wheelchair and a large amount of luggage in our group. We arranged 12 separate pick ups and drop offs. Every single time they were on time vehicles were perfect clean and new. We were met at every new stop with a driver waiting with our group name. - GJ F1 contributionI will be really honest they were amazing when I was going to university like 4 years ago. But now they left me stranded. Can't refund tickets if things go wrong and they have more than once now and they never reply to complaints, they just leave you hanging you are best off getting the train or driving to wherever you need to be. Very disappointed. ▪︎ Frozen Foods (Yes I found that strange too).
▪︎ No hot foods.
Some 'I say some' drivers won't load you're luggage onto bus or even take them off after you arrive at your destination.
Toilet on board but as our driver 'clearly stated' it MUST only be used for urinating or a number 1 - heaven know's if you happen to do a number 2 🤣.

If you're of the age when you can remember the classic London bus, you will love driving one. We did all three buses, the Routemaster, the bendy bus, and the modern bus and, of the three, the Routemaster was far and away the easiest to drive, with the bendy bus the hardest. But don't take my word - try it.

I honestly thought the Coach Station would be next to the Train Station. It was ages away with no clear signs so we ended up lost. I had a hip trauma and almost collapsed by the time we found the station. I had to ask my boyfriend to run ahead of me to ask the bus to wait. I literally got to the bus 1 min before it was due to leave and I was in so much pain and exhaustion I vomited and slept until we got to Bristol. We left Paddington one hour before the bus was due to leave which shows how badly signposted the Coach Station was. The walk from the train to the coach according to Google Maps is 12min but not even Google Maps took us on the correct walking route!!! Well at least the beginning when he said we were all going to Southend on a one way trip...lol...fell for it too! One of the routes that goes through the West End is the Number 88 bus. This bus runs from North London through the main shopping area over the River Thames to South London.
The best way to do one journey is to pay with your debit or credit card. Depending on how many journeys you make in a day calculates how much you will be charged.
My personal recommendation is to always travel on the top deck of the bus. You will get to see a different view of London by being above street level. The coach we had was fantastic- very high standard, arrived promptly and the driver was superb. A great day out was had by all.
