Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

"The Tourist Information Centre in London was an invaluable resource during my visit. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing me with maps, brochures, and tips on the best places to visit. They were knowledgeable about the city's attractions and were able to answer all of my questions. The centre also offers a range of services, such as booking tours and tickets, making it a convenient one-stop-shop for travelers. I highly recommend visiting the Tourist Information Centre at the start of your trip to London, as it will save you time and help you make the most of your visit."I bought a railcard on trainpal and got a 20% discount when I entered the RC777E code! Hope to help those who come to the UK to play~

It’s always a positive for an area or city when there is a good visitor center close to major transport links. This is useful and with helpful staff!

We found this visitors' center at the Naval College, so we stepped inside to collect some information about what to do in the area. We were not staying here so we did not need the hotel information. The staff were helpful.

We visited this museum as we had seen it listed as a place worth visiting and it did not disappoint. Such an interesting place with so much history explained and displayed. Would definitely recommend a visit. We'll be back to visit next time we're in London.

An interesting place to visit for families if you are in the area for walks or meals at The Royal Forest. Free entry. Donations. Nice gift shop, with pocket-money things to buy.

The exhibition was an ordinary one. There were not much curios or valuable paintings. Also, the crowd made it impossible to roam about freely.

An interesting exhibition on the enduring allure of chocolate was underway. At its centre is a recreation of a Chocolate House called Tosier from centuries ago. In front of a red hot fireplace were tables and paraphernalia for serving chocolate.

Paintings and documents about the sweet food include a 1662 discourse concerning chocolate by Henry Stubbe(s). In it he discusses the nature of the cocoa bean, means of preparing chocolate and its medicinal benefits.

Also known as Pepys Building, the Centre has displays on the long and illustrious history of the Greenwich complex including the now disappeared Greenwich Palace.

All this in addition to its service of providing information to visitors.

Went to visit the address in Princes Street ,London and just found an abandoned building.Nobody had bothered to leave a note in the window to say that they may have moved or that it no longer existed. No updates have been put on the Internet.
