- Jana SAthens, Georgia, United States168 contributionsSo these are cheaper than Lime, by a lot. I made an account. Was never able to get a code to reserve a bike. Had to always do at stand. And the one at Hyde corner wouldn't acknowledge the code. Had to go to a different stand, and they know that it's a problem. Fix it. Also, put some shocks on these bikes! And a phone holder. The basket is only a partial, so it isn't good for a lot of things. Can hold a backpack, but not anything small. Not overly impressed with the app and bike location finder. It is just as easy, and same amount of time, to bike places as taking the tube. Sometimes faster. I did have the experience of all 3 stands near my hotel being empty. And you may have to park a few blocks and walk to your destination, because of where the stand is. If you do the 24 hr option, you can rent as many times as you want in 24 hrs. If you stay under 30 min each time, it's free. Lots of the roads have bike lanes. 2) After I requested cancel the rental wifi router, they promised to complete the cancellation but they actually charged.

Also with booking a climb with an unknown tour company. Aside from a 90 minute detainment by passport control upon entering Russia (they were kind), this expedition couldn’t have gone better. With as good or better service, and much less expensive, than American tour companies I’ve used elsewhere. Every detail was taken care of from airport pickup to drop off including them helping me book a flight to Azerbaijan from MRV as I couldn’t pay for the flight with a credit card (sanctions). - Jamie B1 contributionComplete scam - do not use them. They take your money and run. I hired a bike from them to be delivered to an address in Brussels. However after speaking to someone to arrange the address details i never heard back from them. No confirmation or anything. I was staying in London for half a year and needed a way to get around. Biking was ideal (convenience, health, speed etc), but I didn't want to have to buy a new bike and then deal with offloading it later on, and costing more money. So I got one of the Buzzbike e-bikes and was a great decision!
The e-bike was handy for days when I felt like taking it a bit easier. The price was low in comparison to what I would've paid for the tube, and was quicker anyway and meant I didn't have to endure rush hour tubes in the summer heat. The pickup and dropoff (when I finished my subscription upon leaving London) were all very smooth, and their customer service was great whenever I had any questions. I would like to thank Iain and Linda for their help in sorting out hiking boots that had broken.
Iain yesterday sourced a replacement from another store only to find today that box was correct size but the boots inside wrong.
Linda went to great lengths to source another pair from other stores without success so I am now having them delivered to home address.

While I am addressing the rental another customer walks in and is offered normal vehicle with multiple choices! The guy was a supervisor and was selling me the most expensive option and when asked he assures that they are no other vehicle available! I also had to take out the fully cover insurance instead the basics!! Will never again book with them!!! Then i returned the car and I was told that I scratched the alloy wheel but I told that it wasn’t me! Getting stuck behind people who are a little more nervous to take the step can be a little frustrating, so don't be in rush to get the course done. £33 is quite steep but it's a fun afternoon to be had.
