Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Greenway begins at Buckingham Place and, at some point, makes its way to the South Bank where we saw the marking for the trail. In all honesty, people were packed so tightly that it would be hard to imagine anyone even trying to run or jog for more than 12 inches here.
Loved the idea and the dedication to getting out there and getting the blood flowing (in all the right places).Written 31 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It was exhilarating riding through the city and felt very safe a lot of times we were on separated cycle tracks when on street there were mostly side streets. It was so cool the, little cut through roots that Paul knew to take that you would never know yourself if you just rented a bike. It’s a really great way to see a bunch of the city on both sides of the river. Bikes were nice and comfortable easy to shift and ride. Meeting Paul at the train station was very straightforward and easy. The owner even called to let us know to switch our day as the weather was going to be bad the original date. Highly recommend and would definitely go again.Written 25 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
