Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited at about 9:45am on a Sunday morning. Technically, it doesn't open until 10am, but plenty of vendors were already selling at that point. Queues were minimal too. We had strawberries covered in chocolate from Turnip (£8.50), alfajores from Portena (£1.50 each), and doughnuts from Bread Ahead. All really good food, and there were so many other options on offer, but it was a bit early for ice-creamd or Indian food! We spent less than an hour there and it was starting to get really busy by the time we left. If visiting with kids, early is definitely the way to go!

Visited with friends to celebrate a birthday. Very slick admission. Fabulous views of course. Nice bar. Then we had the absolute pleasure of Michael, one of The Shard’s London Experts taking us through the views. This man is a superb host, storyteller and comedian! Thank you Michael, you made our day.

This is a truly amazing site to visit, treat yourself, go on the tour, and see a show. Sheltered but outside the theater. The play was outstanding. Get some delicious meals before or after your visit because it's near to Borough Market.

I went because I heard good things about it from friends and since it was included in the London pass, I decided to give it a go.

The first part was a well thought out glimpse into the history of the bridge from Roman to Victorian times. Though the sets are a bit worse for wear, it was fun and the actors did their best to bring their characters to life. Especially the barman at the end was really engaging and I would have stayed and listened to him a bit longer.

Afterwards the scary part of the experience begins, within a haunted house style walking attraction. As there are several real people in there to frighten you, expect a number of jump scares. You walk through different classic horror themed areas which give off a bit of a ghost train vibe adding to the experience. Some scares are really unexpected and if you go there with younger children you might want to opt for their guardian angel option.

All in all a fun, scary experience.

Visited yesterday with our two teens. All enjoyed the free exhibitions. Some really interesting works of art. Perhaps the info could be a bit bigger, making it easier to read when it’s busy.

Food, as you can imagine, was extortionate, although I suppose nothing unusual for a tourist place in central London.

    Worth a visit.

There was so much to see lived the quizzes you could do and learn from in the exhibits. So much information to learn from. Absolutely great gem in the heart of London.

It's fairly cheap to get in so bearing in mind the price it was okay, informative and a bit of fun to browse round. A tradition style museum with plenty of interesting facts.

Had such a fun time here playing the black mirror game with a good choice of drinks too. The staff were very helpful and welcoming too especially Kelsi who made us feel very comfortable and explained everything perfectly!

Beautiful cathedral which is well worth a visit in this busy corner of London. Entry is free although you can make a small donation, cafe looked interesting and there is also a really good shop. Look out for the cathedral cat too! Nice little garden area which makes it hard to believe you’re in the centre of London. Some beautiful stained glass windows, Shakespeare and Harvard connections galore. Well worth a visit.

Went to the Shard using the London Pass.
It provides great views of London (pending weather).
The cafe however was not so great, ordered a crossaint and it was very stale.
If did not have the London Pass would probably give it a miss

I booked the Pirate Training for my son. To be honest I wasn't sure what to expect and I had set my expectations pretty low. What a pleasant surprise! The training was so much fun and my son absolutely loved it! He didn't want it to end and was asking to do it again!
The crew is dressed as pirates and take the children around the ship, explaining a lot of things along the way. The children get to learn port, starboard, etc. They are shown in detail how cannons use to work. They do pirate work like lowering the anchor. They do a treasure hunt. They fight with foam swords.
I would definitely recommend the Pirate Training to any children! The crew does a fantastic job!

Very impressive, huge central court on the ground floor, with a beautiful modern sculpture of an air ship in a water fountain. Several restaurants and food stands surround the central area, including Costa coffee. While the service there was fine and the hot chocolate was delicious, the one restroom available for customers, and maybe staff?? was absolutely filthy. The location of the Galleria is outstanding, very close to the enormous London Bridge station, several famous landmarks and is at this time surrounded by Gillie and Marc animal sculptures.

Best value, best experience best production ever. Top price tickets at nearby Moulin Rouge were £300. How can you even get that much entertainment out of a show, especially compared with the £44 standing immersive tickets for Guys and Dolls. Not just a superb cast at the top of their game but to be right next to them throughout and even dancing with the cast at the end its just an experience you cannot ignore. The show is pack with great songs and the comedy beautiful. I'm in my 60's and wondered whether I would be able to stand for that length of time but I didn't even notice. There are ushers who constantly direct you to create channels or move back to allow performers or the stage to magically appear. Some of the cast are shouting things out around you and it is just slick. Ignore the revue that said the staff were rude making you move, they have an important job to do and they do it well. Just get out of the way and stop moaning!

If possible we would love to see this again. A truly memorable performance. Little tip - I know you might want to rest in the interval but don't take too long as the cast come back on and entertain with crooning and tap dancing in the interval. And don't worry if the chairs are not facing you in Rock the Boat, they reprise several times in all directions!

This is my go to Hotel in London for value and decent rooms. Everything is expensive but at leastmodern facilities and decor and mainly competent staff help make the pounds spent worthwhile.

City Hall is a great place to visit.
The building has an interesting yet striking structure.
Inside, the architecture is quite nice but to go in you have to go past security but once you are in you're ok.
Ended up having lunch there as well.
