Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Jason BLondon, UK6 contributionsFantastic day out, would like to give a special thank you to Max who was an absolute pleasure to guide us up, cracking jokes and giving us a good history lesson at the same time. Visited for my dad’s 60th and he thoroughly enjoyed the trip.Written 23 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Geo E1 contributionIt was okay and fun. I have nothing bad to say about this place, the actors were good and it's fun. The only thing I will say is that there is 0 point going here and also going to London dungeons. London Dungeons actors, stories, and whole general experience is far far superior and much more immersive. At similar prices I just don't see why you'd need to do both. Also one slight issue in my opinion is, for the jump scare part at the end they make you go in a line with your hand placed on the person in front of you 's back. Now this is clearly for safety as it is very dark and I totally understand the need for this but if you are not in the front third of the line then the jump scare is absolutely pointless as you know exactly when it is coming because you hear the others scream.Written 16 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Nikki and NickMirfield, UK556 contributionsThis was lots of fun, interactive with visitors getting picked to join in. Could be scary in places, especially when the lights were turned off. The actors were really good and definitely got into character.Written 24 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Stephen N3 contributionsAwesome experience, highly recommend for a family or group of friends. We went recently in October 2024, it was super busy but the service was really good when we arrived, they were also very diligent about all the different things that could impact your experience like tight spaces, heights etc. It was thoroughly enjoyable even though I had never watched the show but my cousin who's birthday it was, had watched the show previously and it definitely met all her expectations.
I would add that there's a genie who's with you for your experience, we got Genie X, he's the best, the experience would not be what it was without him, he was hilarious, very clear and very understanding of the different dynamics in our group.Written 13 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We got our tickets online the day before and headed to Hyde Park the following morning. Even in the morning there were quite a few people heading to the attraction resulting in long queues to get through security. All food and drink had to be discarded before entry (which for us was a pain as we did not know in advance and was planning on spending quite a bit of time in London afterwards, so have brought food for later in the day with us – we had also intended to eat and drink at the event).
Inside, instead of finding lots of Christmas stalls (like the European Christmas markets) we found a funfair, loads of food outlets, and some large beer halls.
The Magical Ice Kingdom was good, and we managed to arrive just in time to get in on the off-peak rate. Inside it was a pleasant -10°C (fine if were wrapped up warm!) and 500 tonnes of ice and snow carved into a journey through the nine realms of Norse mythology. Before you enter, and a several places inside, professional photographers were at hand, but £15 for one photo seemed at high (but the pictures were good). Also present was a small ice slide, that was fun.
Conclusion: I will not go again during the day; maybe in the evening there is a better / more fun atmosphere.Written 1 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - HolidaymakerfromHoveBrighton and Hove, UK2,628 contributionsImpressive structure that we passed during the evening on our way from Westfield to the ABBA Voyage show. Well lit and imposing. We did not go inside.
Part of the London 2012 Olympic Village. Much bigger than I thought it was.

We played Revenge of the Sheep and it was cleverly put together, the right level of difficulty, varied puzzles and engaging interactive props. Cameron gave us the perfect amount of hints to push us to figure stuff out on our own and we were chuuffed to get out with around 5 mins to spare! Thanks, ClueQuest for another great escape room - only one left to do now!Written 14 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Escape670583260381 contributionExcelent escape room! Did the RAF WWII themed escape room which had plenty of really good puzzles, a lot of which involved physical props making you feel engaged with the atmosphere of the room. Plenty of puzzles going on at once so worked well with a group of 4. Staff were friendly and it was a smooth experience.

We couldn’t decide which one to do on our visit, so done all three! We had so much fun and the puzzles were great. Highly highly recommend!Written 23 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
