Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Sandra E1 contributionWe love coming to Wacky Warehouse. We are always greeted with a friendly smile from the staff. The place is always clean and tidy. The events they put on are fantastic. We can't wait to book on for the Christmas fun. Keep up the good workWritten 10 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Alessandra F4 contributionsI took my child for few days of summer camp at Agility and she came back happy , tired with many new friends.
They play nostop the whole day under the supervision of the very very kind stuff.
I honestly remain surprised about how lovely the stuff members are.Written 17 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I love spending time with my friends here, surrounded by the most adorable and friendly cats. It's such a cozy, heartwarming atmosphere, and you can tell the cats are well cared for and happy.
What makes this place extra special is knowing that these lovely creatures have found a safe and loving home, instead of being left to wander the cold streets. It’s clear that the café is dedicated to their well-being, and it’s a joy to see them so content and relaxed.Written 7 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Great training and introduction with competitions at the end. I am looking forward to going back and trying the other activities available!Written 6 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - badgerandrobynLondon, UK116 contributionsLoved the trampoline park. We went to the toddler session which was perfect for our 4 year old. Not too busy and all the children the same age was great. The staff were friendly and helped bring our pram upstairs. The 2 reasons this couldn’t be 5 star are: firstly there’s no lift to the cafe. Secondly the drinks are just so expensive. Americano £3.45 is the cheapest hot option and when there’s 4 of you it’s suddenly not a cheap day out. Total spent £14 for drinks £12 (£4 for reusable socks) to get in… these days you start to think where you could have gone for that money. Don’t regret getting a coffee of course it was a nice day out but would consider that when thinking about going again.Written 14 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - r3beccamHuddersfield, United Kingdom32 contributionsI have visited this climbing gym many times with my bother-in-law, as it’s fantastic. You walk in and there is a lovely seated area in which you can buy drinks and food and sit if you are not participating. In the first bit there is an endurance wall and a smaller bouldering wall. Inside the main room there are many routes and a sectioned off area to train. The only reason it got a 4 not a 5 star is it can be quite busy and is on very big so you can end up waiting sometime but this is not fault of the gym. All staff are lovely. A note to bare in mind this gym is just for bouldering there are no rope climbs!Written 19 September 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - lily e1 contributionI went with my friend this week. Was a Monday so quiet and the staff were so nice and attentive. We did karaoke (SO FUN), duck pin bowling and crazy snooker. Cocktails were great as well. Han was super helpful and kind, fixed the karaoke screen when not working and was a fantastic help. Will return !!Written 3 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Martin EAmes, IA59 contributionsVisited with wife and played snooker for about an hour on a nicely maintained table in a good venue. Lots of tables (~12?) and almost all were in use even early in the afternoon. Since we weren't members of the club we were charged a nominal fee (1 pound) to use the table. Great game, very difficult game.Written 6 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Ruth GYork, UK25 contributionsWe had a party here for my son's 12th birthday. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had 2 hours' exclusive use of 9 gaming stations (1 side of the arena, so tucked away together) for ÂŁ150, which is in line with what you'd pay for most kids' parties these days. They provided a table with a cloth on for us to put food on. The guests were able to fill their plates and take them back to continue playing. I'm very glad that the staff cleared up and I didn't have to!Also, as we provided the food it was easy to cater to a couple of the children who have allergies.
All in all it was one of the easiest parties we've ever thrown (and this son is our 5th child, so we've hosted a fair few kids' parties!), the children all had a fantastic time and our son came away very happy. We had at least 1 member of staff looking after us at all times, and they were very attentive and helpful with the kids. There's a wide range of games available, which they can play against each other, in teams or as tournaments, or play alone as they prefer.
As a side note: our son is neurotypical, but the lights are low and the guests are all given headphones so I think it would be a good party for a child on the autistic spectrum.Written 18 February 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The games date way back and it’s fun to see what the first pinball games were like. The machines only take the huge old Pennie’s, so you pay 3 pounds for 15 of the pennies. It was fun!Written 14 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Allison B1 contributionWhat a great experience!
Took our 6 year old twins and we had a blast. Initial interaction was lovely and the rooms were great. Children left feeling great and with. A nice bag of goodies. Thanks so much for a great experience. One that my children will remember and speak about with their friends.Written 1 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
